Facebook Account Hacked & Disabled? Unlock Tutorial 2022

- My Facebook account got hacked in June 2022 and shortly after disabled by Facebook / Meta, because the hacker violated the community terms of Facebook. I dont know exactly what happened, I guess he posted some inappropiate Images.
Also he used my linked Paypap Account to buy some Facebook Ads, which was about 350€ financial damage.
But since you are blocked from your account, you cant really do much. All FAQ links on the facebook help center are a deadend.
Except for one:

This lets you type in any email adress, and Facebook's support bots will start a conversation with you. You need to give your account name, email/phone number, and also proof you are the owner. In my case I uploaded my phone bill, and then i told them about the paypall issue, and that i need an individual review for my case. And after a couple of days my account was back again. The whole emailing process was stretched to over a week, and luckily it was solved in the end.
I read many tipps and tricks (ask oculus Support, I even bought an Oculus Quest), filed a complain via the paypal buyer protection (for the facebook ads) but I didnt get any response. The only response I got was, when i made a complain about facebook payments on their support page, which actually caused Meta to acknowledge my account has been hacked, and they transfered one transaction over 20€ out of my 350€ back to me. So i continued to file some more reports as well.
The oculus support member are human, but they can only redirect you to facebook. Even after giving them a serial number of my oculus quest, they only told me to wait another 7 days until a facebook support member will write me directly, which hasnt happened so far.

Here is the mail I wrote them, once they opened the ticket and wrote me first (dont forget to send attachments of the review requested screen:
"Thank you for contacting me.
I suspect that my account was hacked 3 weeks ago (I changed passwords on both Facebook and my email account), and at the same time my account was blocked for violating the Community Terms (although I haven't posted anything myself in weeks, except for my status updates from Instagram). I also have a "Review requested" (see attachment)
. In the meantime, however, more than 3 weeks have passed without anything happening. When I log out, the warning appears that my account will be permanently banned in X days (now 8) if I don't request a review (which I can't continue to do.) All forms etc. that can be accessed via the Help Center lead to a dead end. Also, I can no longer save my data because after clicking the relevant links I only end up with the "Review Requested" window.
I opened my account (Facebookname, email: facebook@account.de, number: +49123456789) about 12 years ago and have linked many pictures and memories to it. I'm afraid of losing these in 8 days. Please help me reactivate my account so I can at least back up my data. None of the automated solutions on the Facebook Help Center site work. I'm pretty desperate.

"Hello, Yes, I know all that, I have already filed an objection, but nothing is happening. Also the links you shared here lead to a dead end as I always end up on the "Review Requested" screen (see attachment) with no option to do anything else, e.g. back up my files. The account was disabled by mistake as my account was hacked around June 12th. None of the automatic forms or algorithms help me with the solution, instead the time until the account is finally deactivated is steadily running down. i also got money stolen ( insert paypal/Kredit card #)
i need human assistance."

Thanks bro this actually worked. I tried your template and it didn’t work for me. After a week I tried again but rather than use your template i was a lot more blunt in my replies and kept mentioning I wanted access to my data and I need human help as you suggested. Between the time I filed my complaint to getting my account back was only 4 days
The selfie video is super glitchy for me and isnt easy to record. Once I think im done recording, the screen goes black and I see a loading white circle that wont stop. I've tried several attempts and sometimes the app will close out and say there was an error. This was super frustrating but
It just sends me to the help centre :( no way to contact Facebook
I got an email back and they said they cant support this and sent me to meta ad support wth so I am no where
Thank you for this. After hours of research and trying to resolve this with Facebook multiple way and getting no where this was really helpful. It actually gave me some hope. I've followed these steps and awaiting to hear back.
I got data leaked and hacked. Uploaded id. And every link from metas emails and google to the site just takes me to a violation page. Support is absolutely useless. Dont know what to do at this point
Thanks for this, a relative had their account hacked then banned. Then upon requesting a recovery via government ID, subsequently disabled the account for child sexualization.

Thank you for this advice. I have been going round in circles. It happened to me last year and I lost everything. Now it’s happened again & I cannot access my business account as it’s linked to my personal account. It’s a nightmare. I have tried this now so fingers crossed.

Thanks for the video! Did you (or anyone who's tried this) get any kind of confirmation that the request was actually submitted? After hitting send, it took me to a generic facebook help page without any confirmation message (and when accidentally remaining logged in, it didn't submit and said my account was unavailable). Thank you so much! I hope this still works. Literally the same thing just happened to me, I've been getting charges for Facebook Advertisement. That's how I realized something was wrong in the first place.
My husband's account has been hacked and disabled and it has been a nightmare trying ti get it restored. We are going to follow this video. I pray it works. Thanks.
