I have to learn to take a break, go at my own pace. Mediate and refocus myself. You can never force someone to love you and respect you as a person. You don't have to tolerate and you don't need to be around people who don't respect you. Move forward slowly and let them go. Respecting yourself and your personal goals and dreams are important and gives yourself a little inner peace of mind of some achievements in life. I don't worry about keeping up with everyone else I go at my own pace even if I finish last.
