Hi , we two + 3 children & total five in the family. Can we rent 2 bedroom apartment/ house? Or it is mandatory to rent 3 bedroom apartment? Is it a rule? Kindly clarify. Thank you.

Big question after a PR where do we stay those who don't have any known person in Australia. Weather have find from India or should stay first in hotel then search for accomodation those who travelling with a family.
Many have stayed in Airbnb initially until they found an apartment or house for rental.

It's very that sometimes some of the apt will give 2 weeks of rent free to stand out in competition. We were lucky to find one during Covid times.

Hi Zothan. For a single person in sharing may vary between 180 to 250 $ pw. But it will depend on the area and the type of apartment. It may be less or more as well based on what you choose.

The apartment where we are staying is no longer accepting fresh lease contracts. Moreover, our lease is over and we are on stay as we pay basis. I would suggest you to use realestate and domain website to search for apartments as per your priorities.
