      So when it comes to Visa Subclass 189, you don’t need to show any evidence of funds. But yes for 190, they might ask for proof of funds and each state will have different requirements & for that, one can check the particular state website.

    Hello, thanks for great explanation.
    What do you prefer for accountant which subclass visa is better,is it preferable to apply before June or after ?

    • @HetaGala
      @HetaGala  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey,
      Thank you🙂. So from what I know, the chances for an accountant getting PR at least in this financial year is very slim. Last year 100 points were needed to get an invitation for the 189 visa. Not trying to scare you, but just letting you know the details I am aware of. Also you can check how many invitations have been sent under your code by checking Occupation ceilings & invitation round details on Home Affairs. As far as submission of visa goes, the sooner you apply the better anytime of the year, applications are not impacted by the financial years as long as your documents support the minimum criteria of validity such as your skills assessment/ English test scores these have a validity in terms of years. The applications are picked up by immigrations based on the current point threshold at which invitations are being sent out and date submitted. Also due to current border restrictions, visa process will take time than usual.

      Hey,
      Thank you so much.
      On the visa category query, you need to check the roles & responsibilities against different ANZSCO codes you fall under. There are some that I was able to find in skilled occupation list like :
      411411
      411412
      254211
      254311
      254411
      254212
      254412
      254413
      254414
      254415
      254416
      254417
      254421
      254418
      254422
      254425
      254423
      254424
      254499
      361311
      Like I mentioned, you need to check the roles & responsibilities and see what's the best for you.
      Right now some skilled occupations are considered under priority list of Australia which means visas for the same will be processed on priority. I was able to find some codes I have shared above in this priority list. You can check that here: immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/employing-and-sponsoring-someone/sponsoring-workers/pmsol

    If partner is claiming points did we need to do seperate skill assessment for partner?

    • @HetaGala
      @HetaGala  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Anjana,
      So to claim partner points, if you only give english test then you can claim 5 points & if you also do skill assessment you can claim more 5 points which means 10 points in total.

      Does patner must have competent english? Can we apply without that?

    • @HetaGala
      @HetaGala  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you want to claim 5 points for Partner then yes and if you are not claiming partners point, then you need to just proof that your partner has functional English & that you can do by either providing documents they ask ( as per Home Affairs, they completed a degree, a higher degree, a diploma or a trade certificate in an institution in or outside Australia that required at least two years of full-time study and all instructions were in English) or give an English test.

    Ma'am, thanks for sharing the details. May I know that, do we need WES for PR?

    • @HetaGala
      @HetaGala  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. WES evaluation is not required to immigrate to Australia. Australia has its own assessment authorities who access your education and work experience.

      Thank you:). So when it comes to Visa Subclass 189, you don’t need to show any evidence of funds. But yes for 190, they might ask for proof of funds and each state will have different requirements & for that, one can check the particular state website. Like for QLD, it's this : migration.qld.gov.au/latest-news/settlement-funds-requirements/ .

    Thank you so much for giving links in the description, please tell that what is 5 year travel facility , we can't travel after 5 years travel facility expires ,I read about it own google

    • @HetaGala
      @HetaGala  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      When we are granted a PR visa, we are permitted a 5-year travel facility. This means you can leave and re-enter Australia as many times as you like in the 5 years from the date your visa was granted( as long as your visa remains valid). After five years if you are outside Australia, you have to apply for Returning Visa
