    Hi guys in this video we have shared information on how to find an accommodation in Australia.
    We got our apartment within 4 days of hunting.
    Watch the video to know the rent, cost, location, and also if you have no job in Australia or a new migrant; watch this video, as we have shared how to get an apartment/house without rental history.

    Please also tell me did you have to pay commission to the agent?
    And is the rent amount negotiable?

    • @ArteeVlogs
      @ArteeVlogs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching Tishi. Agents only charge owners and tenants don't have to pay anything to agents. You can negotiate the rent if there is less competition or low demand for the property. Otherwise, the agent will not bother to reduce the price.

    The money you pay upfront for Bond and the 2 weeks of rent paid as advance, would that all be paid back to you, while vacating the house?
