Mike Shinoda is a very humble and level-headed dude, and he is extremely talented even if he doesn’t have a massive ego because of it. Man has made some incredible music, both in Linkin Park and Fort Minor, and on his own.

The thing is, Eminem loves rock lol. Jay-Z and Eminem are also on equal peak mountains, so if they've done a collab with Jay-Z, no reason why they couldn't do one with Em. Mike is just extremely humble, though, and I think rather than seeing it as a "competition" hopefully there's some convincing to realize that Mike Shinoda, much like Eminem, also has a unique flow and style that is unrivaled that would only complement each other's abilities. It's not about "who's better" - and Mike isn't wrong saying Eminem is the GOAT - but about two visionaries that have transcended and changed what it means to rap and rhyme getting together to create something absolutely God-tier.
