Alwar Kalakand, Alwar ka Mawa or Alwar ka Milk Cake as this is more popularly known, is created by the curdling of milk giving it its hallmark brown coloured centre. Since, there are many who sells Milk Cake here in the City, we came across Ramchand Phoolchand Saini Sweets where Milk cake is made out of thousands of litres of milk everyday and they sell 4 varities of this delicious sweet.
