10.15.24 Been looking for a pocket shawl to make as a Xmas gift...and have looked at 3 dozen videos! They're all just not right for a variety of reasons. Too much explanation (I'm not an idiot), too little...music only...background music drowns out explanation...accents I strain to understand...back loop stitches (which I hate!). I want the video to get straight to the point...don't need to know your life story. Your video is excellent. Informational, concise without alot of baby steps, and I prefer to learn something...like when you showed the detail of the split in the V stitches for proper placement, that other videos take for granted the viewer understands. I've already started 1 of 2 that I need to make...and it's easy-peasy. I made one alteration that I do on everything I make...after the foundation chain, I add a row of SC. It makes the foundation firmer, and prevents my result from looking like 10 miles of bad road :-) Thanks for such a good video...even if it is 3 years old.
Great pattern. I think this will also be good for a man to use. Thank you for making it so easy .
This. Is beautiful! Can't wait to try it😂!
