Demonstration Moot, 2024

The Moot Court Association of Government Law College, Mumbai, successfully hosted the Demonstration Moot, 2024 on 14th September, 2024.
The moot was presided over by our esteemed alumni, Mr. Agastya Sreenivasan and Mr. Neel Mehta.
Mr. Agastya Vijayraghavan argued on behalf of the Petitioner, and Mr. Karan Nair, represented the respondent.
We would like to thank the judges, participants and attendees for making this a successful event.

Petitioner relatively argued better. Government should have been better prepared.
