Wow! I’ve struggled with proprioceptive deficits and ataxia for over 10 years as a result of a surgery related TBI (cerebellum) and have spent years casually researching and looking for helpful information. This is the most comprehensive and concise information I’ve ever seen presented on this topic. I’m very interested in exploring your references and excercise recommendstions further. They seem to very much align with my own experience.

I'm so happy that you found some information valuable here- yes, unfortunately there is not a lot of attention placed on ataxia. It's for that reason, that I do make it a point to include ataxia within all of my videos

Would add to compression related “testimony”... I feel MARGINALLY better (more stable / confident) when wearing a compression tank top garment. Not enough to invest $1000+ in an OT tuned weight vest that was once popular in ataxia support groups, but enough to justify having a couple of $10 compression shirts in the bottom of a drawer to pull out for challenges that aren’tvin the middle of summer ;-) Would also confirm the excercise fatigue related deterioration in balance.

All of the resources can be found in the description. This can be accessed by clicking on the down arrow on the right of the title. If you click this, the description should pop up.
I'm happy to help navigate if this is not clear ❤️
Thanks for asking- you're not alone in wondering how to access 🥰
