I am sorry about the stuttering/frame skipping from minute 12 onwards. My video file is fine and even after upload the stuttering wasn’t there the first days. I don’t know what was changed by YT, but all my long videos with 1h+ are currently affected by this stuttering from minute 12 for the rest of the entire video. I hope to find a solution soon.
