Landing part of the feet also differs. Slow jogging landing on the forefeet while slow running landing on the heel. This clip clearly demonstrates this point through comparing their dynamic movements. Nice job!!❤
im not sure or it's just me but brisk walking tends to hit on my heels first. with that said, the impact on my knees are more evident compared to slow jogging. so probably slow jogging is better for less injury.
What matter are time and heart rate. Running slow allows faster recovery during the run and after the run. So, less injuries and more time on feet means fat loss.

Today i did slow jogging for 5 minutes before watching this video.. and i got the difference now clearly.. let me add the step count/minute tomorrow..

I am for 180 to 220 steps per minute and use a smart phone metronome to help me.
