Rafa is not uncomfortable with the media at all. The only thing he fells uncomfortable with is english. You should listen his interviews in spanish, how accurate & intelligent are his answers...and that´s when he relaxes.

had a good laugh at the vid :) unfortunately when I scrolled down all I saw was complaints and opinions of who speaks the best english on tour... some people.... nadal is a lovely character + he did not grow up in tennis schools as did djoko and federer and most other non english players, thus nadal was never in contact with english as much as most.... + spanish are known for terrible english but I must say nadal has done a lot to improve his english and speaks waaay better these days

If I see someone that obviously doesn't understand English well I'll try to cooperate with them and use simpler words to make sure the point gets across. Rafa tries so hard in interviews and he's made big strides with his English but he still just seems uncomfortable with the media. Federer is a natural but I don't ever see Rafa reaching that comfort level with the attention
