I've read Psychology of Money and one key lesson from the book is - time in the market often surpasses attempts to time the market. And because quoting Warren Buffett wins good luck for anything related to finance here's some of his wisdom "Price is what you pay. Value is what you get." and fun fact - he still lives in the five-bedroom house he bought in 1958 for $31,500!
Loved your review, A Minor suggestion for your future videos-Try using a better microphone, probably a branded one (2.5k-8k range), this would enhance your audio quality and help increase user engagement in your videos because what I feel is that your voice is on the heavier side and if u have a better microphone and if u can reduce the echo (can be caused due to empty room in which u record,use acoustic panels to minimalize the echo) your videos would feel much better in terms of quality and also would make the viewer want to listen to your videos as the primary issue that I find in your videos is that the audio is not at par, your voice is just amazing and if u can change your microphone to a quality one (even a BM800 would suffice but a branded one would cost easily north of 2.5k) it would make your videos sound way better.
