Awesome! I wanted this car as well, but 1/32 scale. It just never came up for purchase. But a fellow collector and friend in England helped me get one, and shipped it to the U.S.
I'm happy you were able to obtain it, that was very nice of your friend! It's a shame they didn't create this for 1:32, I'm sure it would have sold out quickly as well. The toughest part of collecting is going through the back-catalogs and realize you're going to have to hunt and pay for these cars that were a one-and-done run. OOOO, I just looked and it is a beauty! I see it recently sold on eBay for $153US. I can keep an eye out on that for you and alert you when it comes up, if you wish. Hopefully one day soon you'll be able to track one down. All it takes is one to become available, and like they say... "Show me a beautiful woman (translation: slot car, Lol), and I'll show you a man who is tired of being with her"!

Carrera has created some absolutely stunning cars over the years. My favorite aspect of their track is being able to run the larger scale as well. Have you picked up some cars yet or are you in the research phase?
@All-ScaleSlotCars I'm just setting up a small room for a track now ,after 25 years away from the hobby, I'm looking forward to racing again .for me it has to be the digital option because of the ghost car features, I moved to Latvia from Ireland 7 years ago and where I am now, slotcars are almost non-existent. And friends also 🤣. I love the option of the 1/24 cars too ...I posted a little introductory video on my channel if you want to give it a look 👍...Harry

Everyone has cars they appreciate and try to collect, so hopefully you are able to acquire all of the ones that grab your eyes, Lol! It took quite a while to cross off the ones I had initially identified as "wants (translation: "needs" Lol). Now that I've caught up with those previous releases though, I have very little room for adding any new releases from here on. It's going to get interesting, but I guess it's a good problem to have, lol.
