Would you say these are better than the Nike invinble 3
For me, yes. After a good test, I would say they are a different category. The invincible run is super plush recovery. These are almost a performance daily trainer, full of rebound and propulsion, and that stack height will catch people out.

@garethmorgan7474 jogging 100% Yes, my concern about walking would be the stack height and rolling your ankle. They are extremely comfortable and would eat up a 10-mile walk. If you can try them or at least see them in a shop 1st that would be advised.

I do use my Nike invinbles for 10 mile walking all the time
