  • Earl finally does a burnout and it was beautiful but something isnt right! Im not 100% sure what is going on but it is making a ticking or knocking sound that only got worse after the burnout! Enjoy!

    I just found your channel and greatly appreciate the info you are putting out. I have been hesitant in doing the LS swap on my s10 with the 5.3 I have. These videos have given me some insight on quite a few questions I had and was not sure about.

    Loose flexplate? Injectors ticking? Find the noise before you tear the whole thing down. The side plate for the oil cooler blocked off? Herb

      Man I wish it had been either of those things but I found a spun rod bearing.

    Dont want to ask a dumb question but did you check pushrod length? Is 10lbs enough to keep lifters pumped up? Awesome truck!

      Haha no question is dumb. I did not check the pushrod length but that would probably be a good thing to do. I couldnt imagine it would be 10psi is pretty weak especially with oil. Thanks guy!
