Guns n Roses were the biggest band in the world for a few years in the early 90s. Tons of great songs.
They were actually one of the few bands that survived the grunge era

The song is about girlfriends. "Child" was chosen, I read somewhere, rather than the more common endearment "baby" for a man's beloved. Lead singer is Axl Rose, who is simply amazing.

Not exactly about girlfriends but about one particular girl. It was penned as a love letter to Axl Rose's girlfriend Erin Everley the daughter of Don Everley from the Everley brothers ( famous duo from the 60s )
Erin Everly is the woman in the white blazer with the movie camera. When he says "sweet child" it's slang for a young woman he adores, like parents do with their children.

This is the anthem of the '80s.
The lyrics came from a poem Axl Rose was working on. He wrote the song about his girlfriend, Erin Everly, the daughter of Don Everly of the Everly Brothers. After dating for four years, they got married at a quickie wedding in Las Vegas on April 28, 1990, but just nine months later, the marriage was annulled, with Everly claiming abuse.

Yes Gun's N Roses are a great band but I looked at all the reaction videos that you've done so far & I noticed that you haven't reacted to the greatest band ever Def Leppard . Let me tell you a little bit about Def Leppard & what makes them the greatest band ever . Def Leppard formed in Sheffield England in 1977 after they put out their first album one of the original members left & they started looking for a replacement for him , well one day in 1978 they had a 15 year old kid audition for the band & there was something about they liked so they gave him the spot. Fast forward to 1984 Def Leppard puts out an album called Pyromania & it goes all the way to #2 on the Billboard top 100 albums in the world right behind Michael Jackson's Thriller . After a 9 month tour promoting the album that kid that was 15 is now in his early 20's & before he went back home to England , he went to a Chevy dealership & bought a Corvette & had it shipped back to England . After getting back home to England the band decided to rent a place in Dublin Ireland to start recording their next album . The band decided to take a break for the holidays & on December 31st 1984 that young 20 something old band member decided to take a drive in his new Corvette & his life would never be the same again because he had a near fatal car wreck . Here's where the band earns being the greatest band ever because they could've told him that since they were working on a new album they were going to replace him & finish the album & go back out on tour . But instead the rest of the band at the time decided to put their own careers on hold even though they were the next big thing next to Michael Jackson . After a 3 & a half year layoff , they finally released the new album & go back out on tour , even with the member that had the near fatal car wreck . To make things even more difficult , they decided to build a round stage to perform on & they were actually in debt when they started their tour for the new album . They need to sell 10 million copies just to break even & that album ended up being one of the greatest selling albums of all time . That album has also done something that none of the Beetles albums have done & no album in the last 35 going on 36 years has done . That album had 6 singles in the top 100 count down between late 1987 & early 1988 & the lowest ranked single of the 6 was the title track of the album called Hysteria . It was ranked at #10 . The songs from Def Leppard you need to check out . Pour Some Sugar On Me , Animal , Armageddonit , Rocket , Love Bites , Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad , White Lighting , Two Steps Behind , Miss you In A Heartbeat , Stand Up Kick Love Into Motion , Woman , Heaven Is , Where Does Love Go When It's Gone , a couple of songs from their 2015 album Let's Go , We Belong & Man Enough . A couple of songs from their 2022 album Kick , This Guitar & Take What You Want . Just to name a few .
