MY BOX I DID LAST NIGHT HAD 21 PROOFS AND 5 - 40% SILVER AND 4 - 90% SILVER AND 1 BENJI. GOT 1 MORE BOX TO DO.

Halves are back! Just finished my weekly 8 boxes....ended up with a 63 Benji, 3 beautiful 1964s and 14 40%! All Loomis wrapped from my local Wells Fargo! Good finds everyone reporting!

@@GoogleTurkey87 No , I just have a checking account that I keep enough in to pay for the coin every week. There's 5 Wells Fargo banks within 20 miles of me and only one will actually order me coins. Very lucky in my opinion!

My biggest score was a couple weeks ago I got 56 silvers from 330$ in halves from a bank in Tennessee

@JJJRRRJJJ bank wrapped and the best part is the teller said "we have people that go thru it so you won't anything special" and I found 53 40% 1 90% a Benji and a walker
@@Cpt.. “they have people who go through it”… meaning, “one employee bought the 17 rolls which had silver enders… and left the rest of the rolls because reasons”.

The silver rainbow 🌈 shined on you very brightly.The hunt was beyond epic.The video did not seem that it was long.I could spend all day hunting and finding silver.
Yeah... 38 minutes or whatever this turned out to be is long these days. But when you get a good box like this you want to show it all. It also helps with the haters that think you are faking it. It's like... dude... I opened every roll on camera.. what more can I do to prove this is legit. :-)

I was actually chatting with the group on Diggin' Daves stream the other night while I was hunting this box and we were debating what makes an EPIC box. Is it 20 finds, 40... 50... 100? We landed on 50. :)

Just hunted a box of halves an hour ago. no silver no errors just a couple of NIFCS
Unfortunately that is the outcome more often than not. But keep hunting the silver will come.

Beautiful, it’s rare that the bank orders boxes for me, but when they finally do, it’s always skunks.
Hahahaha. I get my share of skunks. It does stink when you get on a long string of them. Worse though is a long string of brand new 2021-2023 Halves.

Oh @GASilverHunter I went to a local BoA branch and they did have some half dollars. I of course bought them. I did end up finding one 1968 40%. Also got some old silver certificates too
Awesome find! People think I make up theses rolls and these hunts... you scored on your first half dollar pickup from a bank... its makes me smile and it makes me want to go beat internet trolls with a stick!

@@GASilverHunter no silver unfortunately but I have to go back and look for errors and varieties. The bank has $500 of halves but I only took the $110 because the others were brand new rolls. I’ll let you know if I find anything cool or any varieties! I also got $100 in wrapped quarters that I’ll have to do the same with. 👍

I’m surprised bank employees don’t remove the silver.
I would guess 60+% of tellers have no idea there is silver in the coins that come across the counter. Some of the ones that do know. Don’t care.

I stopped by my bank the other day and they were emptying their lobby coin machine, I asked if there was anyway to buy one of the bags, NOPE! I got one roll of halves, nothing there.
Yeah. I have a credit union by my house with a coin machine and I stop by about once a quarter to see if they will let me buy a bag and they always say no.

Awesome box! I need your advice… one of the banks who used to order me boxes of half dollars just today told me that they can no longer order them because of a “coin shortage.” More and more banks are telling me that they cannot order me boxes of coins, so I don’t understand how yourself and others on TH-cam and get so many boxes… Do I need to open multiple accounts at multiple banks?
The "coin shortage" comes and goes. I will hear some banks in my area say there's a coin shortage, meanwhile other banks or even branches from the same bank can get me coin. As for banks honestly not being able to get coins for you... that all depends on the bank. Because the hobby as exploded, its putting a strain on the system and banks are spending more money ordering and returning coins so while they may tell you they can't... its all being controlled or being handed down by policy to NOT order coin for people. I can tell you I have had to change my ordering habits and ordering banks over the years. I have 2 banks that are able to get me limited boxes every week. Keep in mind my volume is very low compared to most youtubers. I have a channel member who gets like 6 boxes of halves and 4 boxes of quarters every week like clockwork. That takes me 2-3 weeks to get that much coin. My advice is look at other branches of the bank you work with and possibly open an account at 1 or 2 other banks or find a credit union that will let you buy the coin from their coin machine. Hope this helps!
@@GASilverHunterI currently have checking accounts open at 4 different banks, so I’m probably not opening another account any time soon. But I’m really tempted to get access to credit unions because there are TONS of credit unions and relatively few bank branches in my area. I’ve only wandered into two credit unions before, and I was basically told to go pound sand right when I walked in. How exactly do credit unions differ from banks, and how do these differences apply to our coin shenanigans? I only ask because you specifically mentioned coin machines _at_ _credit_ _union._
@@JJJRRRJJJ Some credit unions actually re-roll and redistribute their own coin so thats one potential difference (not all of them of course). Credit Unions, again for the most part, are also sticklers about members only access. I too have walked into a credit union and asked for coin and been told to pound sand. I had one credit union teller show me an ike dollar from her tray. I put a dollar bill on the counter and said can we trade and she asked for my member number. I said I didn't have one and she handed me an application. People's experience may vary across the country but in metro-Atlanta I get very little love from credit unions.

It’s obvious you bought those wrappers and a wrapping machine just to spend hours and hours faking these rolls. 🤑🤑🤑. Maybe some other TH-camrs fake them but you even show the skunk boxes. The fact that you show us the good and the bad hunts should be proof enough that you’re legit!
