- The Stranger is my favourite character in Until Dawn and I couldn't find a video that showed his appearances (in person or by flame), so I decided to do it myself. Includes the Events of the Past video and of course there are spoilers. Enjoy.
i wish there was a way to save the stranger.....I mean the dude came from a line of wendigo hunters and had been hunting and killing them for years and he even took out the baddest of them all (the wendigo from the prequel game who had somehow escaped the asylum) and yet was killed by Josh's wendigo sister....didn't feel right since it was the fault of those kids that she turned into one
Yeah, but remember that he killed the Makkapitew the very night that Beth and Hannah fell off that cliff. Wendigo spirit possesses cannibals, and Hannah, being the only one to survive the fall, ends up cannibalizing Beth's corpse, which allowed the Makkapitew's spirit to possess her. No doubt the spirit that took over Hannah's body and turned her into a Wendigo remembered him from the night he killed it, and was out for blood.
@@the_furry_inside_your_walls639 it is possible but I think the Alpha was created from years of hunting if anything Beth was driven by the urge for revenge for what most of those kids did to her.....like whats her name said at the end it seemed like Hannah tried to save the one girl who actually tried to prevent the trick....her and her brother

also, the reason he died was because he was shooting a flame strim into the wendigo, but chris went to pass right in his fire shot, so he had to stop firing not to burn chris, and because of that, the wendigo found and opening and killed him, so acctuly it was chris who killed him, otherwhise he would still be kicking

I think we can all agree that both this guy and Josh were done the dirtiest. The stranger surviving may have caused a possible butterfly affect that allows Josh to actually be truly saved as well. He'd set the record straight about Emily's bite wound before Mike could pull a gun on her, ergo keeping the current relationship status before that incident intact.
I wish there was an option where Chris can shoot the Wendigo in time before it can jump and kill the flamethrower guy :(

It be fun if he was a playable character instead of him going everywhere and you seeing him or the glow of his fire in random places killing wendigos or Exploring and then he finds and help you then dies like maybe play as him in the forest and the old abandoned place with the 2 wolfs and in the mines

I wish Hannah wasn't possessed by Makkapitew (The strongest Wendigo) maybe he would've been alive and praised as a hero.
Wish there was a moment where you could wield The Stranger`s Flamethrower.
That sounds awsome. I wish that happened too. Having the final battle play out differently depending on your choices would`ve been great.

I wish you could learn the strangers name, like if you find him as a different character and you do something and it activates that certain thing and he tells them his name

Why can't they get flamethrowers to defeat the Wendigos? It's more fun.
Because you can't kill them, or it frees the spirit to inhabit someone else..

Yo it lowkey made me mad when he died because dude had been fighting off wendgios for years and the one time he try’s to help someone he gets killed I wish they would’ve gave his character a cooler ending

I doubt that the stranger would leave since he lives on the mountain and kills/traps the Wendigos on the mountain

Flamethrower guy didn't try to warn the teenagers about the wendigo. Not like they would have believed him. Probably could have filmed the ones he has already caged to convince them. "Look, this mountain is packed with this shit, so you better leave".
