1959 Chrysler Saratoga Disc Brake Conversion [EP 12] Part 2 @KlepsGarage

Still working on the 59 Saratoga, bringing it back to life slowly. I don't have garage monkeys to do the work while I'm sleeping.
This episode you will see a disc brake conversion and rear spring replacement. Things don't always go as planned, but it usually works out for the best.

Kit was easy to install and works great. AAJ brakes specializes in 50-60's Mopar brake kits.

I have a 59 Windsor sedan and I'm gonna have to get that tool as well also I also bought it from a caddy collector and I didn't realize until it was on a lift the driveline is just gone someone took it off the car and now I have to get a new one gonna be a pain

If you need a drive shaft. Dayton Clutch and Joint. Rt 202 Dayton Ohio can make one from scratch.

@@KlepsGarage Oh yeah I wanted to ask how long is your Saratoga I don't trust the measurements online I wanna know how big the sedan and two door hards will be I think the sedan might be longer

You should not need a puller on the front drums at all !!!!

Wheel cylinders were locked out shoes were against the drums

any kit with a metal plate like that is gonna flex. not good
