But that would only be logical and I wonder the dollar amount the VA would have to increase for the REAL VBA cost of the REAL amount of veterans with compensatable disabilities. But that is just way to logical and will cost way to much. Sad but seems to be the truth. Thank you for clearifing that our VA medical providers do not talk to the VA benifits side automatically. Maybe 1 day that will happen.
How long do you have to wait to get a decision for death benefits? I am a spouse of a deceased veteran and have been waiting since February, 2024 for a decision on veteran’s spousal death benefits. I’m so confused.

That sounds so frustrating, I'm so sorry you're having to wait this long! I recommend calling 1-800-827-1000 and asking for an update.
