That Dr is incompetent and needs to be fired!
This is far too common.
Shame on WI VA Toma hospital and Dr. Lanska on our veteran's lives and their service they deserve. Review her medical creditials! Get the State and DA involved! How many more veteran were not reported? Just shameful.
It's all the VA facilities. Some are just better at hiding it.
They are altering records and not even giving the correct people credit for service with Lakeland Behavioral Health and stealing estates and bank accounts and paying people to impersonate family and put people on hospice.
The da will prosecute the veteran. Ask me how I know? I had to beat multiple charges and proved in court they committed multiple felonies not a thing happened to them for their crimes

Makes me thankful that my dad and my granfathers drove from Wisconsin to to the Twin Cities for there veterans affairs. I hope that everyone who has been wrongly denied get what is meant to be what is rightfully there's. Most of all, thank you all for helping us all stay free.

The judge that awarded me my VA disability used six laws to back me up and justify it. I cried when I got the letter. 19 years to see that happen. I should have never been working as long as I did and got lucky, I survived working at all after being fired twice off two jobs and numerous other issued due to PTSD. It is time the government is held accountable for the sexual assaults. Then I got SSDI disability because my former boss after the Army sexually assaulted me too. I am seriously messed up.

That will never happen unless all you contact your Senators and Congresspeople on our behalf and demand they do hearing and ask us Veterans to appear before those Committees not VSO or Veterans groups, but us, the Veteran that has been through the CRAP of the VA!!!
THANKS vA for stabbing all of us in the bsck.. If you went to Las Vegas VA, I never even received a denial letter, after being seen since 1995. In the doctors notes I was diagnosed with Gulf War Illness, multiple chemical sensitivity snd now denied any medical care at all. Their excuses is I was never deployed.
Yup, as if that crap wasn't all over all of our gear already. I remember wearing my gas mask that was supposed to be new. I knew it wasn't, because I could feel the CS gas on the seal burning my skin. Not to mention having to inventory all the gear we used, and was already deployed with other people, multiple times so the commander could say we were busy. Bastards

Then standup for us, call your Senator and Congressperson and demand they take real action with the VA for us Veterans, that have been denied our just disabilities and compensation.
I friend of mine served in Vietnam and was denied for over 20 years that he even served there. Sadly he passed away 2 months after they found his records. As a vet I have seen it all. I worked for the VA as a nurse twice. You wouldn't believe some of the things I've seen. Some of the people vets are at the mercy of are just plain hateful.
The San Francisco va is screwing me too. It’s disgusting and should be punishable.
This is an ongoing issue with the VA, however it does go even further, I had a VA C&P exam done by and outside, military trained retired PTSD doctor and the BVA has refuses to acknowledge her PTSD?TBI report on me simply saying " He lives in NY and this Doctor is in Maryland, therefore we don't see how she had an in person interview with the Veteran". an that all they have to say to refuse looking at that document, even though VA rules simply say they are required to contact the Dr. office to confirm or deny the in house visit. The BVA and VA do as they please to deny claims by remend after remand after remand to stall an appeal from going forward to the Veteran's Court of Appeals, I can document all of this!!
Make them a public agency, not a private DOD one. That would open all the records to show how bad it actually is. Everytime I see a report that says, the VA has better care and wait times than private coverage. I just assume they did the report. Much like Dr Lanska reviewing herself and finding out she didn't do anything wrong in this video. There's no check in the system.

There are so many issues we have with the VA process. It seems as thp no one really cares about us. We served with dignity and honor and the system fails most of us.
Did we not already see lots of this happening from 2009 to 2017?
That doctor needs to be fired and her medical license removed.

I get over 5,000 a month from the VA and I couldn't be paid to stay in the VA hospital

V.A. response to ANY criticism...call the biggest dept. in the government, the C.O.A. (Cover Our A$$) department.
Americans need to wake up and do something about this. It's discussing.
Yeah, here in Memphis as well. They told me I didn't have problems while serving. They only gave me 30% for arthritis in my wrist. I also was diagnosed with MS and the same diagnosis was given to me. Bend down, stand up straight, raise your arms. These people don't care about Veterans.
The only requirement for V.A. employees...utter and complete...APATHY
At the Detroit and Ann Arbor VA they NO LONGER do C&P exams! They hire a private contractor to do it! The senators for the state of Michigan made them do it! They said that they want an outside provider to do it instead of a VA Doctor! I was thinking that was the same nationwide
I think these guilty people should be followed up on and make sure they are held accountable. Even still.
This is me. Me too, help me, please😭 Tampa va. James a haley VA. I have almost nothing because of the VA. I am alone. Please start a class action lawsuit against the VA. I have documentation.
Misdiagnosed it has happened to me each and every time over my 36 years of using the VA.
The VA stands for Veterans Abuse and using the VA will cause what we vets call VA-PTSD.

I was denied SSDI benefits from the word GO.....
i was dx'd with MS from looking at my eyes, then an mri, then a spine tap.
I also used Mattars Patient Advocate a team of Lawyers that knew what they were doing. Not a plug just wanted to share. I was tired of fighting and decided to let someone else fight the battle for me!

This is happening to me in NC right now with immune deficiency and disease the VA tries to block me from treatment. Duke University saved my life from them.

I have some proof they're letting me die at my hospital in WV. Said I have leukemia (after I contacted my senator to get seen) and they ended up awful. I've been threatened with reprogramming. I don't know what to do. I don't know if I even have leukemia because all the follow ups are never followed up...just pushed down the line. This is awful what happened to them. I feel like that's what's next for me...torpedoed. It's what's happening. It needs exposed.

I have been denied by the va about having a Tbi and neck and back injury multiple times for over 30 years and recently got a private doctor diagnosis for it. The years I lost and suffered through this process are not measurable. The va cp exam raters have 20 minutes to make a diagnosis and have failed me quite a few times. I’m still fighting it to this day.
