De Ligt wants to play for Man Untd. So I would go for him.
Has to be de Ligt over Yoro. De Ligt wants to come to us but Yoro wants to go to Madrid while De Ligt is the finished article with bags of experience and is a definite leader while Yoro is a developent player who will take years to reach his full potential and who's to say he will want that big move to Madrid as soon as he becomes that "world-class" player making the whole thing a waste of time apart from the increased fee unless he left for free.

If they want to convince Yoro they just have to draw from the Ronaldo example. He made his name at United and left to still have a stellar career at Madrid. He's still so young. I think that will lure him imo.
