I can not find anything in the states that resemble the Calabrese Sausage the ones I find here are dried sticks look like pepperoni. Any idea where I could order online made your dish with the one I found its very very good I thank you for share and instructing on how to make it.

Any good hot italian fennel sausage will do. If you can't get fresh buy at the supermarket.
