I have a pair of JW Speaker Adaptive lights as aux lights. They illuminate the inside of the corner while turning. Worth every penny if you ride rural roads at night!
Why still add auxiliary lights? One word...conspicuity. A pair of lights mounted on the crash bars or fork legs creates a triangle of three distinct lights which greatly improves the ability of other vehicles' drivers to see a motorcycle and more accurately judge the distance and closing speed of that motorcycle.
McRider is totally correct. When a motorcycle approaches another vehicle, it can be very difficult to ascertain the correct distance the motorcycle is from the other vehicle. It has to do with the human brain ability to judge depth or depth perception. Adding additional lighting to create a triangle of lights such as two led lights,one on each crash bar along with a small led strip light below the headlights will increase your chances of being seen by others. I run extra led lights on every bike, and it does make a difference. SHUMBA

Very well equipped, the Super Tenere is a very impressive motorcycle! I have a ZE 2017 with the Altrider Crashbar and I think they are the best defenses in the market. Congratulations on the video and your motorcycle !
ThatShortGuy Thanks! Where did you get the Phillips parking lights as well? They look great together. Are there any problems with the heat they generate for the plastic housing?

So you got all these upgrades. Do you plan on taking it off road? If not why the crash bars? If so what about the tires? I can understand your reason for the windscreen but O. M. G. that thing is ugly. Couldn't you have gotten her a full face helmet instead?
Gamet36 yes I made a trip out last November to Colorado there’s a vid on my channel I made and thankfully I had the crashbars bc I went down on a snowy gravel road. I changed the tires to some shinkos 705s. Haha and yes some people love it or hate it, but most of the riding I do is street highway and eliminating the wind for comfort is more important than looks to me (personal preference).
I tried the tallest Vstream windscreen on my Africa Twin and surprisingly enough, it didn't make that much of a difference...weird how windscreens this big aren't better (I'm 6'1").
mp6814 hello. The led headlights are by a company called cyclops. The running lights are generic philips led bulbs. I do have a video specially on the lights.

It looks as good as a Tenere can, but that awfull bus windshield looks terrible, i got a givi and it is just enough and looks good, now that you got it looking and protected like an adventure bike, hope you take if offroad, get it dirty and enjoy it, don't be like the Hummer owners that show and shine off road machines to park in the city
