Kofi wasn't lying though. Stone Cold , Kurt Angle, Edge all broke their necks and came back years later. Even if he wasn't wrestling, Big E could've came back as a Support System for the New Day like 2 years ago (2022).

Such good TV. My 10yr old daughter cried, they've been her guys. The ONLY time she hated heel og Bloodline is when they were jumpin New Day. She hated this last night too. I did some consoling. Had to remind her they're still friends in real life.

I think one of the best aspects of the turn is that there is a large sliver of truth to what Kofi and Woods were saying! One of the calling cards of good heel work is to always sprinkle in a point or two that people can begrudgingly agree with and that just added to the layers of the segment. Best breakup since The Festival of Friendship.
I loved the moment, but Big E being hurt by his friends killed me. Everyone loves Big E, it’s an easy way to turn heel but damn, seeing him so heartbroken hurts me deep.
I thought of about 5 different ways that segment could have gone, but Woods and Kofi joining forces to turn heel together on Big E wasn't one of them. That was a great segment and total surprise to me.
At the end of the segment when e was starting to leave, woods was looking down and tk the left refusing to look E in the eye. Somewhere deep down they know what they said was wrong.
Honestly was expecting big e to say he's cleared and take em both out, anyone else notice the barrier lights flicker when Kofi was talking, Howdy coming for ya boys.
That might be the best wrestling segment of all time. The emotions, the decade build up. Insanity and wonderful storytelling by WWE over months and months. This is what fans want and I love they are doing it in the mid card instead of only in the main event picture

Now if that is the case the third PLE would be the Royal Rumble. If not then the 3rd event is Saturday Nights Main Event. and if it is 3 months then it will be in January.
I'll be honest, the moment they started talking shit to E, I went "Oh this has to be a swerve. There's gotta be a plot twist" but then no plot twist ever came. And the segment just ended with E leaving them behind and I was like "Oh my God they actually drove E away. THOSE BASTARDS"

I think if Punk never left WWE, I don’t think he’d be as popular as he is now. That gap in time when he left the business as a whole made people want him back and creates half the storylines he has now that he is back. I’m not saying he would have fallen into obscurity or anything, but I don’t think he’d be as big of a star without those years of everyone missing him.

Honestly, there's a lot of good stories being told on RAW so I'm quite excited to see where they go with them.
