- Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there, This weekend, Nikki whisked me away on an epic camping adventure to celebrate Father's Day the right way - nature, grilling, and SNATCHER STORIES by the campfire (you gotta see the video to understand ).
We explored the stunning Blowing Rock, NC, paddled across Price Lake in a canoe (turns out Snatcher's a natural!), and camped out at the KOA in Boone, NC. The highlight? Putting Nikki's Father's Day gift, the 22" Blackstone grill, to the test with some AMAZING T-bone steaks!

To get rid of snakes, rodens and bugs put moth balls where they are & any place they can hide. Put galic cloves (peel them) & moth balls down their holes. Make sure to get all the holes.

Hi YT friends live the video. I’m planning out my adventures now. I actually convinced my husband to go camping his BD weekend in August. What state are y’all in. I’m an hour from Boone and have never camped there. Well I haven’t camped anywhere. That’s gonna change soon. Thanks for the motivation. And yes, a man ain’t got no business reading instructions. 😂 Maegan is my real friend and sis in Christ. I’m nervous but I’m gonna camp. Already booked the first site
Thank you for watching 😊. You will have a blessed trip. The first one is always the most nerve-racking. You just have to pray and ask God to make this the best trip you both have ever had and claim it in Jesus name. Store your food in the car at night and throw out your trash before going to bed. Take all the things you feel will make you both comfortable, for example, a fan if your campsite has electricity. It's better to overpack until you camp a few times and learn what you don't need. We recommend booking a site with shade if possible and having water and electricity at the campsite. Happy camping 🏕 ❤️

New Subscriber! We used to tent camp all the time in Texas, it was a good time camping with family, but after moving to Florida I was like aint no way I'm camping in a tent with all these alligators 😂so we're RVing now...I really enjoyed the video! Happy camping! 😁

Haha. When people try to convince me that a snake is "harmless" because it has a non venomous bite, my response is to ask "Are sharks or bear venomous?"
But fish and marine life do sleep or rest. 😊 They either slow their metabolism or float and their are some other ways too.
🤣 good point, they don't have Venom, but they do bite, lol.
Snatcher told me they did sleep and had me watching videos of them doing so that night in our tent. SMH

Fish don't sleep like we do. Some just float. They reduce their activity & metabolism while remaining alert to danger.
They also hide in coral & mud.

Love your videos. I’m trying to get my wife to go tent camping. She ain’t having it. I’m an army veteran so I got it down pact. I didn’t like it because I had to do it but you two make it look fun and I need to get her on board before we make a RV purchase. What part of NC are y’all from? I originally from Sampson County the little town of Newton Grove. I now live in Auburn Alabama. Happy Camping.
She would have nothing to worry about going with you. As a vet, you are more than capable of ensuring she has a great experience. I would suggest starting her off at a campground that has all the amenities, where the bathroom is within walking distance. We went and looked at RVs, but it didn’t make sense for us yet because we wouldn’t be able to get the use out of it to justify going into debt. It took a while to convince Nikki to go camping, but now she wants to go every chance we get. Thanks for watching our videos. We appreciate you. 👍🏿

How did those candles work out? Were they effective?
To be honest, I'm not sure if it worked or not as the fire pit was giving off smoke too, I will try them again and give an update in another video. ~Nikki

Sperm whales 'vertical sleeping' with their heads facing down & tails up to the top of the water. They sleep 15 mins at a time. It looks like aliens. 😅
