I might add Nick thought highly of this knife back in 2015 when the original version was $230.

250 bucks and Spyderco sells more of these than PM2's. I love Spyderco so of coarse I would buy one at 250.00 but no one is gonna get me to pay 400 or more. Same thing with these plastic Demko 2.5's. Those are bs too at 150.00. There are a bunch of over priced over hyped knives all over the place. How bout the Cold Steel AD15 at 250. That thing is like holding a rose bush and no one ever even mentioned that fact.
I don't think so though... Not without the shabazz push. Look at the swayback. I bought one of those, like new, for $175. The swayback is also an objectively better knife.
The Bowie is a decent $250 knife, but nothing special.
You're the only other person I've seen not caught up in the "150 for plastic and AUS 10 is a steal" crazyness.
@@CNYKnifeNerd I don't get the Demko 2.5 at all man. YT reviewers loving it all over the place. One dude even said it was better than the Para 3 with Maxamet. Someone is smoking something. They are gonna sell tons of em though with the heard pushing how great they are.

Tbh, you couldn't pay me to carry one of those chunky & clunky dumb AD Demko knives... things look like they would weigh your pocket down to the point you have to use suspenders and a belt 😂
Ugly cheap-looking Knife. Only thing it's got going for is the lock is supposed to be really strong. But, who gives a damn? Not me.. no one is breaking their locks because no one uses their knives with that much force Anyways.. whether it's an axis lock, compression lock, lockback, frame lock, etc not many people Shear off their locks and break their knives... actually Nobody Does that I've ever met.. not one single person. This Demko hype makes me roll my eyes

Not a bad looking knife overall seems good. I love how much this makes people talk dumb shit however. I never got how wound up people got about certain knives. Just carry what you like and want and let others do the same without jumping on your soap box to talk shit. Just amazes me. Not a knife for me personally but hey to each their own if you love it and want it I hope you do and get to enjoy it just let me enjoy mine with out being an asshole about it. Great video 👍

The fact that a the knife has been resurrected so successfully is a testament to the power of a single persons opinion. I hope the market gets flooded with these so the prices go down to a reasonable price. I saw them at $400 and thought it was still too much.
Side note a knife from Taiwan should never cost that much, only USA made or Canadian made knives like grismo or Greg lightfoot or Bryan tique imo
It's a nice blade and all but imo something named bowie should be alot bigger , the price is crazy , I'll stick with my manix 2 and pm2 forsure , if the price goes down I might snag one to try it out , good video Kev, hope you enjoy bladeshow 🍻🍻

Myyyyy name is Kevinnnnnnn and all my knives are just fidget spinner toyyyssssss. I don't get thatt a well executed washer knife is wayyy harder to find and way more suited to daily use wahhhhhhhhhhhhh.
just kidding buddy. I didn't like the bowie either. its extremely well done for what it is- the epitome of a rock solid frame lock user knife. but the chef is way more better for a lefty at a fraction of the cost. Hands. Down. Hope Blade treated ya well!
