- Ah yes, we have yet another special character that dropped from JoyToy. This time it is the iconic Sister of Battle, Celestine the Living Saint. As usual, we will be taking a deep dive and examine this action figure in great detail and then we will move on to arming this battle sister!

You're definitely not meant to put the claws of the stand around her waist like that, given how visible that makes them, and the ways it interferes with the flight pack: tilt the last bit with the claws so they're oriented vertically instead of horizontally, and then stick them between Celestine's back and the wings, and you neatly eliminate both those issues.

I just got her today and I love this figure ❤, At lest they give you a stand not like marvel legends when you got a flying character. 😂
i prefer to put the "base claw/hook" between the shoulders and the backpack, not around the waist
Yeah, angling that so the claw is facing upwards and then squeezing the tines closed around the connection point for the jump pack both holds the figure quite securely in place, and hides that it's there... and that was what JoyToy was doing themselves in all their product photos.

I kind of wish that the action figure would have been able to be propped up by her purity seal ribbons just like the miniature but that would not have been possible.
However, she is an excellent figure
random thing that armor is saint kathrines armor. Celestine found that in a tomb when she was a repentia.
I did not know that so thanks for dropping that piece of lore/ knowledge. The awesome thing about the WH40K universe is that it is HUGE and the BEST

You are correct, that connection point *is* precarious! It was loose in the package when I got my figure. Not broken, but it seemed whatever glue they used wasn’t enough, so I had to glue it back on.😅
Other than that, this figure is so good and pretty! (Also, like everyone else mentioned already, that clip on the stand works much better fitted around that wing connection area…😉😅)
Yup, I really like how elegant this action figure is compared to the rest of the Imperium line up. As for the bits that you had to glue back on, unfortunately that comes standard in some JT action figures. I suppose that is the price to pay for mass produced action figures
Great review as always brother Sprues. Fantastic and beautiful figure indeed. The only problem i would say is the lack of posing options, her arms and legs are somewhat static.
JT has launched the White Consuls SM Chapter figures. I cant wait for having captain Messinius from the Dawn of Fire book series on my shelf. They look amazing.

She is definitely a departure from how the rest of the units of the Imperium look like which is a good thing.
As for the White Consuls...I'm glad that you like them. For me who doesn't read the fluff too much, JT's decision to produce them was a bit of a surprise to me. I thought that they would produce a successor chapter that are more known.
That being said, the more marines the merrier!

She looks amazing but the doves could of had a better way to connect to the figure since you showed the miniature looks like the doves are coming from behind and her free hand is up in away
I suppose there are other ways that we can pose these figures...I haven't figured it out quite yet lol

I wanted to ask you if you've ordered any of the 3rd party warhammer 40k lego minifigures?

No, I have not ordered any of the WH40K minifigures yet. They are STUPID expensive from the websites I landed on. I suppose if (and when) JT decides to stop putting out so many DAMN AWESOME figures in such a short amount of time, I can divert some of my $ to those figures. Case in point September 2023 = many, many bankrupt JT action figure collectors including me
