the apu is not for emergency's although it can be used in that circumstance its used for general operations like engine start and air conditioning

I have an emirates A380 but it dosnt have the same livery as yours
Were you charged import tax when you ordered it from Dubai?
I wasn't charged any import tax because I bought it on ebay from someone who dispatched it within the UK to me (also in the UK).
it is suppose to be tilted on the stand
Ahh okay thanks! Some of my other ones do not tilt at all (sit rigidly on them) so I didn't think this one was supposed to!
