The POINT by Switchpoint opens to homeless

New single housing units at “The Point” are already full
ST. GEORGE, Utah - (4/28/2022) -There are new housing units in St. George for the homeless. Switchpoint Community Resource Center took an old Studio 6 Motel and turned it into individual studio apartments. The problem is, it’s already full and there’s a waiting list.
Plans to expand housing on site is also in the works, but it going to take time, money and support.
Switchpoint currently provides housing for an estimated 400 people in the St. George area.
