    Not due to your instruction, your instruction was perfect, but due to being unfamiliar with Zapier, I got it done! But, it felt like I was barely hanging on to a wild horse.

    Great video! I’m using Zapier for quite a few tasks in my business almost 5000/month. For the most part it works great but lately I’ve ran into a little glitch that I can’t figure out lol. I have a zap set up to create a new spreadsheet row with information from completed docusign envelopes, and then I’m trying to create the automatic relationships between two sheets like you’re doing at the 5:00 mark. I copy exactly what you’re doing in the video but when I run the zap and the new spreadsheet row is created in the first spreadsheet the automatic relationship between the sheets changes and my mapped cells end up one number advanced so it never copies over the information from the first sheet to the second. Any ideas?

    Thanks a lot for this video! Couple questions though -- what pricing option is best for Docusign when considering integration with Zapier and how do you define a user? Is every signee means a user?

      A user is a sender, not a signer. I’ve only tested DocuSign and Zapier with Business Pro or above subscription.

    Can this be done from Google Forms? For some reason my data is not auto populating within the custom fields in the envelope, although I can tell Zapier is receiving that information

      So we actually ended up using a software called PandaDoc to perform this instead of DocuSign. Never figured it out with Docusign. @@HowToPreventFraud

      Looks like you’re doing it correctly, but there’s an error somewhere. The only way to troubleshoot is via screen share during a consultation

    Great video.
    When working with dynamic templates the output (raw data) can vary, same fields can be requested in some situation and some dont.
    In zapier, does all the fields are always availabe in the docusign output, even using templates (as I described)?

    zapier is another application different from Docusign? Do you need to register and pay the credits?

      Yes you need to pay for Zapier, they have a 14 day trial though.

    Is the flow working in Power automate (Microsoft flow)? Since there's a DocuSign connector in Power automate

      @@Solusign The PowerAutomate integration does not include fields from the template other than the signers information. Not sure if this is broken on MS or DocuSign side.

      My template works with Zapier and shows all the fields I can insert data into, but PowerAutomate using the same template does not.

    How do you download the form data from a bulk send on one excel spreadsheet?

      You don’t! You can only do it through Zapier. Checkout my latest bulk send tutorial on bulk send. I go over how to do the opposite (from excel to DocuSign) but it would work exactly the same way for DocuSign > Excel
