I bootstrapped my first business to $1M in revenue in 4 years, and it definitely was a cash SUCK business. Now I'm ready for the cash flow business. Your content is crazy spot on. Thanks for sharing your passion.
If she ran the world there would never be a building built we would all have trailers. SMH. Sometimes the difference and the risk is what matters. Especially to people like builders of great wonders of the world.
Thank you for that!!!!!!! That’s awesome info! Sort of like the laundromat business, you mentioned! I’m an artist. I make cartoons and stories/ storyboards and character designs.
Although I do agree to an extent, I think the pandemic proved your statement be not so accurate, there are a few business outhere that can be quite bulletproof
I mean, law firms are cash suck businesses. They seem to do okay. I think it boils down to demand and skill. If you’re one of a very few people who can provide that service and it’s in high demand or in demand by people with deep pockets, then cash suck models can work well and have the potential to make a lot more money at a smaller scale than cash flow businesses. An M+A attorney can do 6 deals a year and make 30 million in revenue. You’d have to cut a lot of lawns or detail a lot of cars to make 30MM.
So basically, you need to be automating all kinds of crap, right? Yet another reason to jump on Ai technology or you will be LEFT IN THE DUST! On that note, that's my side business right now - building Ai chatbots custom for websites. While it's custom, I found a low-stress repeatable several step process to get it working.
@codiesanchez do you ever work with People one on one? I could really use some help in someone that I could trust and I find that your information is usually pretty great. Please let me know if you have anything like that.

There's virtually zero "cash flow" businesses that are immune to risk. They're exposed to the same risks as any other business.

OMG some of these comments are just asinine. 🤦

Even is she did, she wouldn't answer this. You can't give tasks to high networth busy people.
