You are such a conscientious chef and human being. Thank you for taking the time to give tips especially on reheating and sooo much more, but especially for reminding us about food and water waste. Your recipes are fantastic.
Like how you presented the dish in the first opening 30 seconds, Huge points for that. . . Knowing the end results kept me hinged, I'm a fan, format perfect.
I love the way you turn out such amazing dishes by using spices, sauces etc and keeping it simple to make cooking a lot easier and yet so tasty.I will be trying out these dishes next week. Thanks for sharing your cooking skills with us.Val from Australia
I cook a stir fry every week using different ingredients each time, they are so quick and easy and really flavourful. Keep up the great content and as always, thanks chef!
Look's fantastic! I cook stir fry's regularly at home and one ingredient i would advise people to go easy on is Sesame oil. Man that stuff is strong and to much can ruin your dish. Keep up the good work dude.
That's the first time I've seen green onions julienned like that for a garnish. The only thing I would change is that I would add more veggies to make this a complete meal. Thanks for the tip!
Nice Stirfry recipe, do something similar but will try it that way ( haven't added sugar) to give that a go. Just love the way stirfrys are a race to the finish line once the first ingredient goes in
Sorry to hear, Jesika, and hope you feel better very soon! My partner is just getting over a nasty bout of rotavirus so it seems a lot of crud is going around right now. :(
Chef a job well done l love the preparation very simple to prepare I am sure many others would love the stir fry excellent color keep cooking and sharing 😋 thanks look forward for more
Wow! I really appreciate the camera work that showed off your knife skills and I really appreciate it that you provided a list of ingredients that I can copy down. Count me in as a subscriber as my way of saying thank you. BTW, how come you left out the hoisin sauce?
Slap for good luck 😆😆😆 wish I could do it with a lot of people 🤪 Another awesome recipe, you are cracking it my fav Chef Jack. Thank you so much.... Sending you loads of positive energies 💕💕💕💕
This looks really delicious. Reminds me a similar dish I used to eat in my college. They use peanut sauce to coat the noodles, and I always ask for some chili garlic so it's sweet and spicy. Thanks for this recipe, chef!
Totally approved by anyone with asian cooking background! However I would suggest the noodle to be cooked only in scallion oil and soy sauce, otherwise the entire dish is saturated with the same rice wine/soy suace flavor just like the chicken. Anyway just my opinion, but I have to say this dish looked darn amazing!
there is more sugar in this than everything else! you don't need that, you can also use a little honey when marinating the chicken - but don't add another ton of sugar to the noodles, the chicken is sweet enough!
I love how he uses a standard cook top and Basic ingredients,Then produces a quality meal with great presentation !!
Thank you so much

They really are a race. One wrong move and it’s all over haha 😂
The roots of the green onion can be planted in soil, it will grow more.

Thank you! Great to hear 😊
Just wondering about the garlic pieces. Might grate the garlic instead of just slicing it in. Looks like a yummy recipe to try though 😋
I haven't had a stir fry in ages! Must do this one, it looks amazing! As always, TFS Jack and have a great weekend! 👍💖
Please do and I hope you enjoy it, Hazel! Have a great weekend too 😊🧡
Awesome knife skills, great stir fry Jack:)
Thank you 🙏
gifted chef
🙌🙌
That looks well good Jack
Glad you think so! 😊
you need to try adding baking powder to your chicken and leave it to marinate for 20 minutes. it makes the chicken very tender
I believe the chicken is tender enough and it isn’t required but it’s a good tip 😊
Even if someone not hungry and just just finish eat your presentation alone will make you hungry again
Haha! That’s good to hear 😊
This look delicious and easy I am gonna try it tomorrow, thanks you :)
Awesome! Please enjoy 😊
Slap for good luck 😆😆😆 wish I could do it with a lot of people 🤪

man that looks delicious, definitely gonna try this one
Awesome! Please enjoy 😊
Hi Jack, Where do you buy the lovely small, white, 'teardrop' ceramic dishes you use to measure out some of the ingredients?
I bought them from Woolworths in Australia 😊
@@ChefJackOvens I'm in Melbourne so will look in Woolworths. Thanks Jack!
@@Timothy2963 awesome! Yeah check the cooking section, I think a pack of 4 is $5 or something 😊
Also hope you’re doing well with all the lockdowns. Thinking of you mate 🙏
That's a proper meal 😋 👌
Oooooh saved! Going to make this tonighy
Hope you enjoy it 😊
Try adding ABC brand kecap manis or sweet sauce, instead of sugar.
awesome recipe! what kind of black serving dishes do you use? they are really nice
The brand is salt & pepper 😊
nice recipe and easy to follow. Great technique on the spring onion tops definitely going to use that. BTW, what kind of knife is that?
Thank you! The knives I use are shun premier. This one is the Santoku 😊
Fantastic, one of my faves 🤪
🙏🙏🙏
Beautiful channel!! 🥰✨💜
Thank you so much for your kind words 😊
I made this, but I added sweet corn in it aswell! Damn it was absolutely insanity!
So glad you enjoyed it! Corn is a great addition 😊
Hi,I can't find malt vinegar in where I live, what I can substitute with and how much of it?
thank you
Nice!! Looks fire🔥
🤤🙌🙌
Fantastic
Where do you shop? All of your produce looks top quality.
Local supermarkets, grocers and farmers markets 😊
This looks really delicious. Reminds me a similar dish I used to eat in my college. They use peanut sauce to coat the noodles, and I always ask for some chili garlic so it's sweet and spicy. Thanks for this recipe, chef!
Yum!! You’re very welcome ☺️
yum yum
What knives do you use?? Is there an affordable everyday knife you’d recommend?
Ahhh🤤😍🤤🤩😋 omg I have to try... It looks beautiful 😲 & I love chicken chow mein ☺️
It’s so good 😊
What would be a good alternative to peanut oil for those who are allergic? Thx !
You can use, canola oil, sunflower oil or any neutral oil 😊
Looks good

where do you store the veg left overs before making the stock ?
I add them into water and freeze them 😊
@@ChefJackOvens A video on doing this would be greatly appreciated
Looks really good but if less pressed on time, might be cool to sear the chicken (so in batches)!
Cheers Jack... That's a seriously good stir fry... I'll bring the vino.. You cook dinner... Sorted! 🍷🍷
Haha sounds perfect 👍
Hey mate, really liking your recipes. What's the knife you're using here? I'm after a new one and like the look of this. Thanks
any substitute for peanut oil?
there is more sugar in this than everything else! you don't need that, you can also use a little honey when marinating the chicken - but don't add another ton of sugar to the noodles, the chicken is sweet enough!
Trust me the sugar adds great flavour that compliments everything.
Your gonna make some woman very happy
This looks good! I can't eat gluten, do you think this would work as well with rice noodles?
It would but you’d have to add them in right at the end with the heat off due to them being so thin 😊
