Till Lindemann is a trained pyrotechnician. He got the training to make sure they could perform with pyrotechnics more safely.
Little fun fact for you. Till said "Hau ab hier" (Get lost) at 6:58 to the guy as he starts to shoot the flames at him. Then at 7:00 he said "Verpiss dich" (Piss off). And yes this is a stuntman so this "accident" is planned ;) You can actually see Till checking if the guy is ok from 7:40 to 7:47.

This was my first Rammstein concert. Madison Square Garden was on fire that night. The band, the crowd, what an experience.
Fun Fact: Flake always runs to his hotel after the concerts. And nobody recognizes him.

They had an fire accident when they started using fire when they play live. So thats why they have an education in pyrotechnincs all of them but Till is the one who is fully licensed pyrotechnican.
They also need to be educated specially Till because they can not use pyrotechnics like they do when they are playing live. The venues wont allow it if i remember correctly 🙂

OK. After you saying 'how much petrol do they use?' I got curious. They use shitloads of lycopodium powder. Quote, "The powder consists of the dry spores of clubmoss plants, or various fern relatives.The principal use of the powder is to create flashes or flames that are large and impressive but relatively easy to manage safely in magic acts and theatrical special effects, it was also used as a photographic flash powder." The other fuel they use is Isoparaffin, "paraffin' stems from the petrochemical industry, branched-chain alkanes are called isoparaffins."

"Benzin" means petrol. The guitar sounds like a starting engine. The high pitched sci-fy sound is used to express the toxicity of petrol. It is amazing how the lyrics match the instrumental.

Thinking on it, you might find Heirate Mich from 100 Jahre (th-cam.com/video/V5OuhzHgAjQ/w-d-xo.html) very interesting. A sign has caught fire, fell into the audience and the band handled it so professionally, I just don't think any other band could have had such a reaction. Its a perfect example of why they are so incredible, why Till is now in absolute control even when he seems to be goofing off and why he's a licensed pyro he has said in interviews since that if something were to happen he's responsible.

The MSG concert, epic as it may be, was light on pyro due to the nature of indoor venues.
They had to scale it down due to the fact that it sucked all the oxygen in the stadium toward the stage.

Even if someone shouldn't cross security barriers etc they ain't gonna risk a lawsuit. Security would get them off, they wouldn't need third degree burns and till wouldn't risk his pyrotechnic license and jail (they've been in jail)

I think it looks like it because the concerts are well planed and also to look like he was not suppose to be there. Again if i remember correctly i dont believe that they set a stuntman on fire anymore because a lot of people thought it was real and got traumatized by it 🙂

There was only 1 song by "Rammstein" I completely disliked and before 2019 it was safe to pick literally any song of theirs knowing that it'll be great(including this one of course). In 2019's album titled same as band there are songs... Not bad, but rather meh. For that year it was more interesting to listen to "Lindemann", duo of Till Lindemann & Peter Tagtgren from "Pain". Kinda like good old "Pain", but with Till on vocals. It's interesting how "Pain" changed and "Lindemann" is more "Pain" now than itself is 😅 Not that it's a bad thing, I like how "Pain" sounds now too
