hey buddy got it work all the way through but testing even the simple 3 sentence messages, i get this in every test: This model's maximum context length is 4097 tokens, however you requested 9984 tokens (7984 in your prompt; 2000 for the completion). Please reduce your prompt; or completion length. Any thoughts? i did test with the most simple emails that had very few words
I am facing the same issue. Even with very short sentences, the same token error occurs. How can I fix this? It seems like you were successful with much longer sentences in the video.
The ChatGPT model is limited to 4,097 tokens. Tokens are something like words (2 tokens per word) and the limit refers to the total words used in the prompt + words used in the response. So if you have a really wordy prompt, then ask for 4,000 tokens back, its going to say you're exceeding the limit. Fix it by limiting the length of your prompt, and changing the token threshold to a smaller number, like 3,000.
@@nich2533 My prompt is "please summarize the following email", but it says my prompt is 6097 tokens. I'm guessing the test email message that Power Automate is sending is too long - but can't really know for sure.

Great tutorial but the tokens never seem to be enough (4097). Even for the most basic email to summarize the key points. Am I doing something wrong?
