I went through a very difficult time last year for several months of severe depression and anxiety. It took A LOT of time with God, counseling and medication for a limited time to help. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! I am so much more peaceful and happy now-Self-care, developing good habits…. I truly feel like a totally different person now. I’m really praying for anyone that may be struggling. Don’t give up. I remember when just taking a walk for 20 minutes was a huge accomplishment in my day.
I cried out to God about this during this evening. This has been a hard season, He has literally shut off a lot where this is a time of stillness and quietness. This is for me.

Thank you sis! I just had a mental breakdown this morning and I thought I already dealt with this and it wouldn’t come back but it crept back up on me today. It completely caught me off guard. I’ve been dealing mental attacks for a while but I gave my life to Christ and it slowly went away after I threw out all the medication and allowed God to work on me. I got better but then it crept up on me this week. I know God didn’t bring me this far to leave me so I know this too shall pass in Jesus name! I choose to fight so I will be completely healed in Jesus name!! ❤️❤️
Wow, last year i had a mental breakdown and went into the hospital and also cut off all of my hair. Gods brought me out but i am dealing with the repercussions of what happened. I recently deleted my social media and my apps because it was just making things worse. I appreciate you for putting up this video.
Once i sought Jesus he led me to change my diet, get oxygen daily, delete social media and be careful what movie I'm watching or music I'm listening to. Stay away from anything negative and stop drinking. I have PTSD so once I kept these commands i was able to heal . Faith without works is dead. The food in America is ruining mental healt along with social media and negative media and imagery. When I'm sad i get up and dance and praise!

Gurrrrrrl! The past three days have been what you've described. My husband wasn't even sure he wanted to be around me. I was acting out of character and was feeling very anxious. Had anxiety attacks and didn't think i could talk to anyone about it. Thanks for.this Word! Let me say tho that resting in bed, working thru things and praying DOES work. It refreshes and sometimes bed is the only place that there is quietness and no distractions.
I am currently suffering from this. I am requesting your help and prayers. It became worse when I gave myself over to Jesus Christ. Now I stand for a while, then I fall back into sin cycles. I know I want to live pure and holy as led by the Holy Spirit. I don't know what to do. Not only that, but I feel like am at the end of myself. There are reasons behind it that I can't share here. Same thing happened to me recently. Health took a bad turn. Things out of my control - though I'm trying to do the things in my control, to help. But totally wiped me out last week. I went into a few deep valleys - almost lost my way. But came out the other side just recently. Still not 100%, but I'm working on it. 🙃🙂 I'll pray for you too. ❤
Good words. I have worked in counseling and deliverance including mental health. In my opinion a lot of Christians are too rough with the "you need to" type of statements. A lot of people need to be heard before more lecturing is helpful and maybe where they are at least in part because of rejection for not measuring up. Lecturing them to do or not do can be overwhelming if it is not carefully Spirit led. A listening ear and gentle calm words can go a long ways.

Well and it's interesting because in the mental health realm there are people who accuse people who pray and believe in God to be delusional themselves just because faith alone can seem so delusional I guess and so it's interesting that the the attack would be on people who pray because prayer does have to do with mental health
I really could use some prayers yall.. God healed me from illness but I still don't have high energy or immunity to work a normal job, and my rent is due. I don't know if God wants me to move or stay (or how to afford either).. I want to find my calling.. it all feels so overwhelming sometimes.

This is so crazy. I had a mental breakdown yesterday and was down all day. This morning I got back in my word and I asked God to help my mind in this waiting season. He led me to Philippians 4:8 I’ve been experiencing joy and peace all day. I refuse to stay down!! I belong to God

Well and it's interesting because in the mental health realm there are people who accuse people who pray and believe in God to be delusional themselves just because faith alone can seem so delusional I guess and so it's interesting that the the attack would be on people who pray because prayer does have to do with mental health

God healed me from illness but I still don't have high energy or immunity to work a normal job, and my rent is due.
I don't know if God wants me to move or stay (or how to afford either)..
I want to find my calling.. it all feels so overwhelming sometimes.
This could be for me. I’ve been in a difficult place. I also cut my hair recently luckily not too short but it doesn’t look that good. 😅 I’ve been struggling and crying out to God for help.
