This should be the first thing you do to your car right after leaving the dealership. That’s what I plan on doing once I get mine even before putting a tint on it

@@Knockout360 found out yesterday the 2023 Durango Hellcat can get RF Hub lockdown but 2021 can't so there is no way to prevent them from breaking the glass and programming a key. Going to need something like what you are showing here to at least try to keep it from going anywhere.

Had this on my Scat before I sold it, it was the first thing I bought for it. Gives you a peace of mind when parking your car over night especially if it’s parked outside and not in a garage, you can simply just disable the fuel pump when you’re not around your car or if for some reason you forget to disable the fuel pump you can setup Email or text message alerts to your phone just in case the vehicle is turned or even put into accessory mode then by that time if someone is trying to drive off with your car you will be able to shut the pump off also you can set a fence on the map that once your car enters or leaves it sends you notifications.
So u shut down fuel pump every night? Some comments say its bad for ur engine and fuel pump….so u can do that before anybody even get to breaking into ur car?
@@sunshine48213 yea every night I would shut off the fuel pump then the next day when leaving before I turn the engine on or even put it in accessory mode I would turn the fuel pump back on. I would say yea it would be bad on the fuel pump if you forget to turn it back on and run it dry but I’m pretty sure if you turn it back on it wouldn’t be a problem. I’m just speaking on my experience, other may have ran into issues but I haven’t ran into fuel pump issues. One problem that I did encounter was the plug that goes into the fuel pump having a shortage because of the way the wires was pulling in a certain direction JDI sent me a new plug then the problem went away, just make sure you run the wiring the right way and there’s no stress on the wiring and you shouldn’t run it to that like I did.

It should be a easy install their harness is pretty straight forward. Hardest part is removing panels and putting them back, it took me about an hour and a half to install mines just make sure you install the trackmate tracker in the right spot the first time and not under any metal or you’ll run into tracking issues.
Once again us R/T owners get no love😂(Scats are still R/T’s.) And just a heads up for everyone you can just pull the ignition fuse for free🤷🏾♂️

This is great for low level thieves. Now for full protection i would have the obd shield and neutral release shield installed as well so no goon squad in a Durango puts it in neutral and pushes it to their spot. Ultra protection is all of the above plus having a manual 😂

You must be reading my comments. I said this multiple times on multiple videos. The fuel. Pump is under the rear seats an can be disabled there. A smart guy in the comments section responded his approach to ground out the fuel pump blowing the fuse. Sorry man I forgot your TH-cam name or I’d give a shout out. Both ways work with great results. Pull the rear seat and tap into it with switches and dummy switches. That plus 2 more active kill switches and a few dummy kill switches they won’t be able to steal it. Excellent method to prevent theft.
I still prefer adding a 1,000,000 volt stun gun bare copper loop in the driver seat as a further deterrent and payback for the broken window. They are now legal almost everywhere , they might get upset after soiling the seat and brek something, but I’m

From what I’ve read the power wire to the pump is under the rear seat. I’ve yet to find a good schematic. I believe it is easy to tap a kill switch on the line easily by removing the rear seat.

You don't need a starter to start a car with manual transmission. The fuel pump deactivation is superior. Easy way is pull the fuel pump fuse if parking anywhere sketchy.

Ther is also a pedal cut off. As in say they steal it they can't go no wear due to the signal to the gas pedal is not active. Same difference as the fuel pump shut off.

Where do i get that specific alarm notification sound that you have for your Carlock device?
You need something that locks down brakes so they can’t wheel that thing on a trailer or tow. The Tazer can at least lock down brakes and pedal. Neutral becomes worthless. Secondly if you manage to get away with it you can turn on the horn and all lights bringing major attention to the car.
Seems nice I have Carlock, kill-switch, shock sensor alarm, pedal locking device, and wheel club slowing them down is the goal but some these cats a hold you at gun point over a car unfortunately

The best thing you can have is full coverage insurance with gap. If your vehicle gets stolen the car gets paid off and your credit goes up lol. No need to stress or buy all of these so called anti theft devices. Where I live they pull up in self loading tow trucks and take your car

So compustart has 2 kill switches in the system that kill switches the pump and starter you can't do it remotely but triggering the system does it before they can even start it. But I would love to do it myself

That black looks so mean. Ever since my 87 Buick gn I’ve loved black cars, just so hard to keep clean even with ceramic coating. I’m in a condo association and no hose access. Can’t use a automatic car wash so I went with destroyer grey in 2018 and smoke show grey in 2022. Black looks so nice when properly maintained though.
Got carbon stripes from factory which looks great, but I think I’m gonna have to remove them. The clear wrap on the front end really helps with rock chips though.
