For those who didn't know, Hanni Pham is a full-blooded Vietnamese but born and raised in Australia. So, that makes her struggle a bit in Viet.

@@estefi444 Hanni used to live in Vietnam when she was young baby, she moved to Australia so her English is better than Vietnamese. People who compliment her have better Vietnamese than them because they are overseas Vietnamese same Hanni
Nah same 😭 my viet has gotten a little bad since I moved to Canada (but I was born in Vietnam) and it makes me a bit sad since I've lost it a bit 😭😭
I'm not even a Vietnamese but seeing her speak and represent Vietnam makes me so proud of her. SE Asian represent, Se asian girls killing it everytime when as foreign idols in Korea, they are unstoppable with how much star quality they have.
Although Hanni doesn't speak our language (Vietnamese) very well but Hanni tried her best 🌷

@@minji_serrrrshe pronounces Vietnamese very well, better than many Vietnamese in Vietnam, she is limited in vocabulary. With that accent, she won't be able to speak Vietnamese fluently

I didn't know she was viet, but her viet is actually really good and fluent ! She has a northern accent and I think it just takes her awhile to process the language bc being multi-lingual is pretty complicated 😭

@@TheBestAsianGamer You can see all her childhood photos in Vietnam are in Hanoi. I guess her father, grandparents, and paternal relatives spoke Vietnamese with her more, so she speaks Vietnamese with a Northern accent.

As a Vietnamese, Hanni’s Vietnamese pronunciation are really cute she is just a little shy when talking with people that why it is a bit funky and the presentation Hanni’s Vietnamese was perfectly fluent
Her pronunciation is good. The only thing is her word choice/word order can be a little clumsy at times. For example, she says "hom nay sang" instead of "sang hom nay" for "This morning"
I disagree with u. I’m a native Vietnamese and I say :” Hôm nay sáng dậy 8h” all the time. I think that I hear it quite often also.
@@Anhnguyen13666 yeah, the way you wrote it makes grammatical sense but she said "hom nay sang, em day 8h sang" which I think sounds awkward. In my opinion, this is due to the omitted pronoun in your sentence. By putting the em there, the first part would then translate to "today bright" instead of this morning.
@@SuperHiddenaccountTo be honest, she did some mistakes while speaking in this video. The ways she used her vocabularies to make a sentence is a bit weird. Like in the first part, she said, "không nói tiếng việt rất giỏi" which is kinda weird to say. That'd better to say, "không nói tiếng việt quá giỏi."
She is addressing herself as "Con" this is so Vietkieu coded LMAO
She speaks Vietnamese just fine. She has the correct accent and pronunciation enough for all vietnamese people to understand. She just doesn’t have as much vocabulary as a native but i don’t think it really matters😂

@@qvi4574 that's literally what being Australian means, in New World countries if you are born there you are a national of that country no matter your ethnicity, I say this because as a mexican some people from Asian or African countries think we all have to look a certain way to be from there, and I think aussie people may agree with me when it comes to diversity

She was born and raised in Melbourne Australia, so it makes sense that her english is better than her Vietnamese.
I am chinese but born and raised in France, i only speak basic cantonese at home, so it never really got anything close to fluent and i can’t have a conversation on topics such as politic or careers because i lack lots of vocabularies.
So i would say that French is actually my mothertongue, and english, my second language.

Yeah and most Asian Aussies really don’t speak anything other than English adopted or not so I’m proud of her

@@jshika her family - especially her mom's side supporting South Viet (aka Vietnam Republic)- the old regime who lost to North Viet (aka Vietnam Communist nowadays). After lost the War in 1975 , South Viet supporters ran away to other countries as refugee and lived there until now. They're still doing political activities in order to gain supports and strike back the Communist party in Vietnam. Hanni's mother and grandpa are very active members of that group. What if Hanni got supports from Vietnamese and she provides the finance for her mom's family lead to ruin our country. That's why we can't support her.

Nổi nhờ tài năng tính cách giọng hát là nhiều, cái này hiếm ở Hàn Quốc, còn ở Việt Nam ẻm khó nổi tiếng hơn vì ko chuộng kiểu idol.
