If you've seen the Stayed Gone music video (Or at least heared the song.), you probably know the last part of the song/video. The part where he sings: "Let's begin. I think his reveal trailer will be him basically sing those exact lines to a group of survivors at a haunted radio station. that would be so badass even better if he gets some sort of ability to snare players with that tentacle monster he used on Sir Pentious or he uses radios for instant transportation on the map like a real radio demon and the players would have to listen if a radio is nearby as a method of avoidance
He is seven-feet tall, so it makes sense that his legs could go for much longer strides than an average-height person running. Talk about tall, dark, and smiley
The scariest part is to know that these sound effects would probably play for the characters being chased too. Alastor can make sound effects after all, so he could probably do these as well.

Tbh, seeing how he threatened Husk’s soul in episode 5, I could see Alastor being a creepy fit for DbD. He can summon Husk or Niffty to help by stunning players with their powers or attacks.
i just dont know how he could ascetically fit into the world, his character is really stylized and I can't imagine they would pull a Fortnite and cel shade
Imagine there's radios around the level, and they each give off terror radius Being near a radio would make it nearly impossible to track his movements, and it fits him loving to Broadcast his terror
And you hear screams coming from the radios that the survive walks by it activates , and the screams from the radios can tell Alastair where your location is.
When Alastor hooks a survivor one of his voice lines could be “Smile, my dear! You’re never fully dressed without one!” Since I can see him saying that as a way to mock the survivors

I remember Vivziepop saying once that Alastor would never chase his victims like a slasher villain, so I can imagine Alastor having a very unique playstyle.
I do hope she isn't stupid and aquiesces if Bhvr comes with an offer to put Alastor in DbD. She'd have to be insane to turn down that kind of free advertisement.

This is absolutely fantastic. Back when i listened to the Gabriel theme, the first thing that popped to my mind is "if you are doing chase themes for unlikely killers in DbD, Alastor will definitely happen at some point". And god damn did you deliver. Everything was spot on, the music being even more unnerving then previous ones unnerving. The artwork especially deserves to be praised in this one, from the gorgeous demonstration of Alastors powers, with the symbols, fog and fire, to even little details like Niffty and Husk being visible in the background. This was truly exceptional, keep up the amazing work!
I haven’t played DbD (don’t know if I ever will) but if it fits wiþ gameplay I could imagine Alastor summoning Nifty & Husk as henchmen, like Husk could just sit around & notify The Radio Demon when he sees someþing, & Nifty could run around & grab someone when she finds þem, slowing þem down considerably

However i feel like limiting him to ordering Niffty and Husk around would kind of nerf him and wouldn't do him justice. That being said, the Entity that takes these killers into it's realm does seem to nerf them in some way so that they couldn't possibly rebel, so it definitely could work, even if i feel like something more creative could be done with his voodoo-like powers. But the visual of Husk just drinking booze as he notices a survivor and alerts Alastor, even throwing in a cuss or two, definitely sounds hilarious.

Honestly Alastor would make an amazing killer. The only issue would be figuring out how to transfer his design into 3D and it not look absolutely silly.
Name: Radio Demon Background: Alastor is fears in hell, and so at times he will show that power in the mortal world, but it’s usually only a limiting amount, but now within the entity’s realm, he has unlimited time, and his show can finally go on Power: Radio static Description: Like his name, the Radio demon uses his radio to broadcast his torture victim’s screams, and here he can use them fully. Around the map radios are places, and using his microphone, anyone is forced to hear the cries of others, and their possible fate. If the demon hits a survivor with his microphone staff in any way, he records their screams. He is able to go to a radio and put their screams through the radio, temporarily muffling sounds for all survivors, as the screams are intense. Charging his ability allows him to teleport to a radio and appear from it, causing the radio to be powered down for a duration. Survivors can turn the radio off, at the cost of alerting the demon. If a radio is off, he can not teleport to it. If all are off, he enters a state of rage. All actions are increased, stun time is lowered, and until time runs out or he hooks a survivor, he will not leave this state. If all radios are on, survivors have the debuff of muffled, making sounds lowered except for radio noises, including themselves and the killer. Perk 1: The show must go on Description: Even when things don’t go as planned, you must keep your show going. If you are carrying a survivor and a survivor destroyed a hook or blocks a hook and makes you lose your carried survivor, that survivor is marked. Hitting the marked survivor gives 10/15/20% more bloodpoints in chase. You gain one stack of anger. At 5/4/3 stacks of anger, the next survivor you hit is instantly put into the dying state. This has a cool down of 120/90/60 seconds Perk 2: Early leaving is bad Description: You have everything prepared, and ready. But people are leaving early, that isn’t allowed. If all survivors are on death hook, and the doors are opened, the exit doors are blocked for 30/60/90 seconds, and anyone attempting to leave has their aura revealed. As the survivor takes the hand, the demon pulls the survivor in and eats a piece of them slowly, as his staff/mic spins around to absorb their scream, finding a new hellish song piece for his show New item: Religious item Description: “Though our gods have abandoned us here, we can still use their tools to save us.” The item is a one time use item, and can only be found in the chest, with a low % and can’t be taken out of the match. The item gives a small glow. Aiming the item at the killer temporarily stuns them. Item is destroyed on use, and there can only be one religious item at a time. My second attempt on doing this. I could honestly totally see Alastor as a doctor skin with an animation change and music change kinda like hunk over legion being a different character altogether. This chase music for Alastor sounds great!

How about a perk like "flip side" (term originated from radio shows when they played records) alastor is able to use his shadow and either move fast and be undetectable or have it be like a teleport feature (I dont play dbd and i dont understand it very well, just wanted to give an idea)
imagine during the Chase (or Chase Extra) there's also scream sound effects that are noticeable enough but not so loud it's right in ur ear, to reference how he'd broadcast the screams of his victims across Hell
I love his character so much. This chase music perfectly gives off his nature of horror. Getting on his bad side would entail fear of no other. Hunting you down, because now you have a debt to pay. It just mirrors the sadistic ideals and that nothing will dare come to save you now. As always, amazing work! KEEP-IT-UP!

When the Chase music started I was not ready for it and felt my heart drop and I started getting nervous without even considering this was playing. Nice work.
After being killed there is a chace for you to make a deal with Alastor. Accepting the deal turns you into Husk or Niffty and you now are able to help the killer

I love this entire thing so much, but especially the first bit, with the remix of You Meet The Nicest People In Your Dreams - I'd kill for a full version, the sound elements and distortion are so perfect
The last survivor, as they are desperately trying to open the hatch, gets a slowly creeping old tyme song and as Alasator creeps closer, and as he goes for a kill, the sound of elk calls with radio reverb. He also can teleport between radios around the map with heartbeats displayed near the radios, which can be destroyed but if you destroy them you get a mori token that gives Alastor a tracker heartbeat and an obsession.
I can already imagine abilities: "Soul contract" giving Alastor ability to give a contract to one survivor (can be broken at any time), in which the survivor is instantly resurrected to his fully healed state, it takes 3 hits to take him down and he is faster, but when all 5 gens are repaired Alastor can see the survivor affected by contract, and when survivor tries to open a gate, Alastor can instantly catch him as a part of contract, allowing him to instantly down him (healing that survivor is harder), letting him to either throw that surv at a hook or instantly execute him. "Hellish broadcast" - Radio demon can start a broadcast after killing a survivor. Every affected survivor will be halucinating Alastor being nearby (being near, walking by and generally being in his terror radius, also affecting survivors with every terror radius effect). A survivor affected by hellish broadcast will be treated with the same effect as NOED gives, meaning that next hit will instantly down him. "True form" - After killing 2 survivors and consuming their souls, Alastor can use his true form, using hellish broadcast at will, being generally bigger, having bigger terror radius, being faster and more mobile, and giving bleeding to every survivor he hits (After certain amount of time, if not treated, a survivor will get slower and eventually get downed). He can execute remaining survivors without Soul contract affection. After 1 minute True form expires, slowing Alastor for 1.5 minute, every hit that Alastor lands during his debuffs will reduce the effect, and every stun he suffers during that time will make the debuffs last longer. I honestly think that these abilities would make him pretty balanced although this will never happen to dbd

The meter can be decreased at a rate of 2% per second while using the unique "Focus on silence" action while outside of any terror radius, But it will increase at twice the usual rate if used while in a radius. *The Radio Demon's perks* *Echolocation* When a Survivor stands within your terror radius, That Survivor gains 1 token per second, Per level they're within, At 40/30/25 tokens, They'll scream, Revealing their location. An arm is thrown up out of the portal before it closes, With Alastor catching and taking a bite out of it before throwing it to the ground. *Hit Animation* Alastor will take a cue from the trickster, Twirling his cane around in his hand. For the killer PoV, You can see that the eye in the cane has a dizzy swirl after getting spun around.
This would be awesome to be a game. You're a survivor trying to escape from Alastor in a forest. He's chasing you down for your soul. I dont know where you would escape to but I also think it would be really cool if the extra chase part would be if you tried to attack Alastor and actually hit him. If anyone's a game developer then try this idea.

This is an amazing concept and the voice lines of: "I'm afraid you've lost your signal." "This broadcast ends here." "This face was made for Radio." When ever the surviver is hooked would be beautiful. And to limit his powers by tuning or disabling radios would be beautiful
Omg, he actually made it to put Alastor's vibe in this chase music. Like, It's kinda hard since DBD and HH are totally different things and vibes, but omg congratulations, because this really HAVE Alastor's vibe and energy!
Imagine it being a normal radio broadcast of a song that gets progressively more distorted the more he approaches, to the point the nice voice of a man singing becomes a jumble of broken sounds screaming in your ears.
alastor would probably have some sound based skills like for example making someone hear fake chase music that doesnt actually signal they are being chased
Killer: alastor "We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when!" Map: abandoned radio station Map gimmicks: cameras can be found scattered around the map. Anyone can access these cameras via the control room in the center of the map. This includes alastor. There are 10 radios scattered around the map. 3-8 of these radios will activate every 30-65 seconds. These radios play alastor's chase theme, and overwrite the real alastor's theme, making it harder to pinpoint his location. Players can turn radios off, but are highly vulnerable while doing so. If all radios are activated, allastor gets a 100% speed buff. Alastor's abilities: Radio hijack: activates 3 radios of alastor's choice around the map. Chilling broadcast (passive): when hooking a survivior, their screams are broadcasted across all 10 radios, paralyzing everyone, making them cease all movement for 10 seconds. Emergency broadcast: puts a trap on the security system. This trap is activated when a survivior looks at the cameras. When it is activated, they are locked inside the security room for 15 seconds and they have their location revealed to alastor.
Hi. I'm a dumb person who likes to theorycraft for things like this because AHHHHHHH! Anyways, here's my idea for it all. Alastor "The Host" Brought to the fog through a deal gone wrong, the Overlord of Hell and Radio Demon known as Alastor now haunts the tortured souls of the Fog in desperate scramble for power. The Host can broadcast his presence across the realms, spreading fear and insanity as if it were a catchy tune. *"Now he has the power to bathe all of you in entertaining fire"* Power: Welcome to the Show! Alastor was always known for his Radio Show in the land of the living. And he has no plans to retire. Old timey Radios will be scattered across the realm, while inactive the radios emit a soft omnidirectional static. Special Ability: On Air Press the Power button to activate. Once activated, "On Air" goes on a 40 second cooldown and all radios around the map emit a 20m Terror Radius and The Host is granted the undetectable status effect. Survivors inside the terror radius of any radio will slowly build up Insanity. Once a survivor has reached max Insanity their status is hidden from other survivors and all other survivor statues are hidden from them and they can witness visual and audio hallucinations such as survivor screams, fake killers that approach the player in a straight line and disappear fake hook notifications, and fake objectives that disappear after they obtain 10% repair progress. A survivor can clear their Insanity by forming a Contract at any of the radios placed around the map. Doing so removes all negative status effects Inflicted by the Killer or their perks and puts them "Under Contract". And places their soul somewhere random in the realm and gives The Host 1 Soul Talley while it exists on the map. If a survivor finds their soul, the contract is broken and the Soul Tally is lost. Special Ability: Dealmaker The Host starts the game in a neutral state and, through use of his power, he can obtain the souls of survivors by forming a "Contract". Survivors Under Contract will be unaffected by The Host's other powers but are unable to escape the trial while Under Contract. Survivors also gain access to the Sabotage action on generators and pallets allowing them to build favor while under contract. When a generator is Sabotaged it will lose 10% progress and all survivors working on it while the action was performed will become injured if not already. When a pallet is Sabotaged it is instantly destroyed when dropped. Performing a Sabotage Action will give the survivor one stack of Favor. Three stacks of Favor reveals the Aura of the survivors soul. Performing Altruistic actions will have a 30% chance to remove one stack of Favor. Additionally The Host gains more power the more souls that are under his control at once. At one Soul Talley: The Host gains a 30% faster cooldown on successful basic attacks. Two Soul Tallies: The Host gains a 30% increased lunge duration for their basic attacks. Three Soul Tallies: The Host can now see the auras of all survivors Under Contract. Four Soul Tallies: The Host Becomes Enraged, gaining 12% Haste and the ability to kill dying survivors by their own hand. -Perks- 1) Tune On In You always keep an eye on your fans. After damaging a generator its aura is highlighted in yellow for 15/17/20 seconds. While it is, the aura of any survivors within 10/13/15 meters of the highlight generator is revealed. Once this perk deactivates, it goes on cooldo for 30/36/40. *"Oh this will be fun. . ."* -Alastor to Vox 2) Hex: Schadenfreude A hex that roots itself on others failure. While this Hex Totem persists, Skill checks are 15/20/25% more likely to appear and good or great skill checks offer no additional repair or healing progress. When a survivor fails a skill check, Reveal their Aura for 3 seconds and gain a 3% Haste status effect for 3/4/5 seconds. 3) Curtain Call You make sure all your favourite toys are exactly how you left them at the end of the day. When the Exit Gates are powered or the Hatch has spawned, this perk activates. Any injured or dying survivor is not allowed to leave the trial unless they started the trial injured or are healed back to the healthy state. *"Smile, my dear! You know, you're never fully dressed without one!"* -Alastor

If you've seen the Stayed Gone music video (Or at least heared the song.), you probably know the last part of the song/video. The part where he sings: "Let's begin. This is absolutely fantastic. Back when i listened to the Gabriel theme, the first thing that popped to my mind is "if you are doing chase themes for unlikely killers in DbD, Alastor will definitely happen at some point". And god damn did you deliver. Everything was spot on, the music being even more unnerving then previous ones unnerving. The artwork especially deserves to be praised in this one, from the gorgeous demonstration of Alastors powers, with the symbols, fog and fire, to even little details like Niffty and Husk being visible in the background.
This was truly exceptional, keep up the amazing work!
I haven’t played DbD (don’t know if I ever will) but if it fits wiþ gameplay I could imagine Alastor summoning Nifty & Husk as henchmen, like Husk could just sit around & notify The Radio Demon when he sees someþing, & Nifty could run around & grab someone when she finds þem, slowing þem down considerably

However i feel like limiting him to ordering Niffty and Husk around would kind of nerf him and wouldn't do him justice. That being said, the Entity that takes these killers into it's realm does seem to nerf them in some way so that they couldn't possibly rebel, so it definitely could work, even if i feel like something more creative could be done with his voodoo-like powers. But the visual of Husk just drinking booze as he notices a survivor and alerts Alastor, even throwing in a cuss or two, definitely sounds hilarious.

Description: Like his name, the Radio demon uses his radio to broadcast his torture victim’s screams, and here he can use them fully. Around the map radios are places, and using his microphone, anyone is forced to hear the cries of others, and their possible fate. If the demon hits a survivor with his microphone staff in any way, he records their screams. He is able to go to a radio and put their screams through the radio, temporarily muffling sounds for all survivors, as the screams are intense. Charging his ability allows him to teleport to a radio and appear from it, causing the radio to be powered down for a duration. Survivors can turn the radio off, at the cost of alerting the demon. If a radio is off, he can not teleport to it. If all are off, he enters a state of rage. All actions are increased, stun time is lowered, and until time runs out or he hooks a survivor, he will not leave this state. If all radios are on, survivors have the debuff of muffled, making sounds lowered except for radio noises, including themselves and the killer.
Perk 1: The show must go on
Description: Even when things don’t go as planned, you must keep your show going. If you are carrying a survivor and a survivor destroyed a hook or blocks a hook and makes you lose your carried survivor, that survivor is marked. Hitting the marked survivor gives 10/15/20% more bloodpoints in chase. You gain one stack of anger. At 5/4/3 stacks of anger, the next survivor you hit is instantly put into the dying state. This has a cool down of 120/90/60 seconds
Perk 2: Early leaving is bad
Description: You have everything prepared, and ready. But people are leaving early, that isn’t allowed. If all survivors are on death hook, and the doors are opened, the exit doors are blocked for 30/60/90 seconds, and anyone attempting to leave has their aura revealed.
Perk 3: Screaming chills
Description: The screams of your victims are like music to your ears, and you relish in it. Hitting a survivor grants you one stack of excitement. If in chase with a survivor, you can use one stack of excitement to gain a sudden burst of energy, dashing forward. Hitting a survivor while bursting gives another stack. Missing gives a stack of anger. Anger stacks increase the speed at destroying things. Max amount of both stack is 2/3/4
Map: Hell’s gates
Description: Some say hell is coming to the mortal world, and here is that statement true. Half the map is a destroyed town, the other half is a town on fire, burning and occasional corpses of human and demons are around, some even scream to scare survivors or killers. The 2 exit gates are always in different realms. The mortal world is a normal gate, but the other gate is blood red, with shadows looking around and on it.
Mori: As the Demon approaches a survivor, they step back in fear, as he holds his hand out, like making a deal. As the survivor takes the hand, the demon pulls the survivor in and eats a piece of them slowly, as his staff/mic spins around to absorb their scream, finding a new hellish song piece for his show
New item: Religious item
Description: “Though our gods have abandoned us here, we can still use their tools to save us.” The item is a one time use item, and can only be found in the chest, with a low % and can’t be taken out of the match. The item gives a small glow. Aiming the item at the killer temporarily stuns them. Item is destroyed on use, and there can only be one religious item at a time.

The Broadcaster (Alastor)
Ability: Broadcast (something like a mix of Onryo's TV teleportation, and Dredge's locker movement)
Perks:
• Audio Distortion - Your face for radio allows you to know when someone tries to reveal your location. Each time a Survivor would reveal your aura, it will backfire upon them, allowing you to reveal their aura to you in return for the same duration.
• Demonic Origins - Your hellish power allows you to continue to hunt for more blood after tasting it. You will not lose the Bloodlust status for 5sec after injuring a survivor.
• Smiles Upon Your Face - Your cruelty for your sense of entertainment knows no bounds. After injuring a survivor by any means, if they heal to the Healthy State within 30 seconds of being injured, they will become injured again. "A smile is a valuable tool my dear. It inspires your friends, keeps your enemies guessing, and ensures that no matter what comes your way, you're in control."
Addons:
• (Pink) Iridescent Radiobox: Increases the distance required to teleport between radios within the trial by X meters.
• (Pink) Bloodied Microphone: Survivors within 10 meters of you when you emerge from a radio become Oblivious and Broken.
• (Purple) Stylish Red Bowtie: Increases movement speed by X while carrying survivors.
• (Purple) Stylish Tailored Suit: Reduces the time your Aura is revealed by Survivors by 25%. Anytime you reveal the Aura of a Survivor, gain the Bloodlust Status for 3sec.
• (Green) Overlord's Contract Details - Minion: Survivors gain the Oblivious status for 20sec after reading your Aura.
• (Green) Overlord's Contract Details - Sinner: After teleporting to a Radio, gain Insidious for 10sec.
• (Brown) Sinner's Bargain Details - Pride: After teleporting to a Radio, Survivors within 10 meters will scream in terror, dropping any carried items.
• (Brown) Sinner's Bargain Details - Envy: After teleporting to a Radio, reveal the auras of up to three generators with the most progress for 5sec.
• (Brown) Sinner's Bargain Details - Wrath: After teleporting to a Radio, apply the Broken status to all survivors within 10 meters.
How about a perk like "flip side" (term originated from radio shows when they played records) alastor is able to use his shadow and either move fast and be undetectable or have it be like a teleport feature

I love his character so much. This chase music perfectly gives off his nature of horror. Getting on his bad side would entail fear of no other. Hunting you down, because now you have a debt to pay. It just mirrors the sadistic ideals and that nothing will dare come to save you now. As always, amazing work! KEEP-IT-UP!

The last survivor, as they are desperately trying to open the hatch, gets a slowly creeping old tyme song and as Alasator creeps closer, and as he goes for a kill, the sound of elk calls with radio reverb. He also can teleport between radios around the map with heartbeats displayed near the radios, which can be destroyed but if you destroy them you get a mori token that gives Alastor a tracker heartbeat and an obsession.
I wonder how alastor would look in the more realistic art style of dead by daylight.

I can already imagine abilities:
"Soul contract" giving Alastor ability to give a contract to one survivor (can be broken at any time), in which the survivor is instantly resurrected to his fully healed state, it takes 3 hits to take him down and he is faster, but when all 5 gens are repaired Alastor can see the survivor affected by contract, and when survivor tries to open a gate, Alastor can instantly catch him as a part of contract, allowing him to instantly down him (healing that survivor is harder), letting him to either throw that surv at a hook or instantly execute him.
"Hellish broadcast" - Radio demon can start a broadcast after killing a survivor. Every affected survivor will be halucinating Alastor being nearby (being near, walking by and generally being in his terror radius, also affecting survivors with every terror radius effect). A survivor affected by hellish broadcast will be treated with the same effect as NOED gives, meaning that next hit will instantly down him.
"True form" - After killing 2 survivors and consuming their souls, Alastor can use his true form, using hellish broadcast at will, being generally bigger, having bigger terror radius, being faster and more mobile, and giving bleeding to every survivor he hits (After certain amount of time, if not treated, a survivor will get slower and eventually get downed). He can execute remaining survivors without Soul contract affection. After 1 minute True form expires, slowing Alastor for 1.5 minute, every hit that Alastor lands during his debuffs will reduce the effect, and every stun he suffers during that time will make the debuffs last longer.
I honestly think that these abilities would make him pretty balanced although this will never happen to dbd

Alastor is capable of magically conquering old radios using his main ability, Up to 5 at any time, With Alastor's main power having 3 charges at any given time. These radios produce a terror radius equal to Alastor's (In/decreased by certain perks) After 8 seconds while in these radii however, The terror radius will turn gain a static sound to indicate that it isn't the true terror radius. It WILL, however, Increase a survivor's Tuned in meter. These radios can be destroyed, However, They will produce a loud noise notification."

"While in a terror radius, Either Alastor's or a radio, Survivors will be "Tuned in", Indicated by a radio knob forming clockwise around their icon. At every 25%, That survivor will constantly hear that level of terror raduis, Only increasing when the killer is closer than that level. (Example: 50% will constantly play the "16 meter" radius, Only going up when the killer is within 12 meters). Secondly, An old timey song will begin to emit from that survivor in the style of a terror radius, With every 25% increasing the radius similar to the intensity of a killers terror radius. (Example: 25% will produce a level 1 radius within 6 meters, 50% will have level 1 at 12 meters and level 2 at 6 meters, Etc.) The meter can be decreased at a rate of 2% per second while using the unique "Focus on silence" action while outside of any terror radius, But it will increase at twice the usual rate if used while in a radius.

Brand new Mic cane description: *An old styled microphone built into a cane, You swear the eye inside of it darts around when you're looking away.*
Cursed Knob(R): Increases the time before a radio's terror radii begins to emit static. (From 8 seconds to 15.)
Crappy machine parts(R): Slows down rate of "Focus on silence" While within 16 meters of a generator, Completed or otherwise To 1% per second. (Generators will emit clanking and grinding sounds while trying to focus while within the 16 meters.)

Alastor magically creates a pentagram on the ground underneath the downed survivor, Summoning a bunch of black tendrils that grab the survivor, Before painfully contorting them, Breaking their arms and legs multiple times before snapping the survivors back by turning them around 180 degrees at the waist, Before dragging them down. An arm is thrown up out of the portal before it closes, With Alastor catching and taking a bite out of it before throwing it to the ground.
*Hit Animation*
Alastor will take a cue from the trickster, Twirling his cane around in his hand. For the killer PoV, You can see that the eye in the cane has a dizzy swirl after getting spun around.
This would be awesome to be a game. You're a survivor trying to escape from Alastor in a forest. He's chasing you down for your soul. I dont know where you would escape to but I also think it would be really cool if the extra chase part would be if you tried to attack Alastor and actually hit him. If anyone's a game developer then try this idea.
Entity: "This just in... I'm gonna make them wish that you stayed gone, Alastor. Let's begin... your contract now is "make them bleed and run." Go forth and have fun! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!"

Omg, he actually made it to put Alastor's vibe in this chase music. Like, It's kinda hard since DBD and HH are totally different things and vibes, but omg congratulations, because this really HAVE Alastor's vibe and energy!
Imagine it being a normal radio broadcast of a song that gets progressively more distorted the more he approaches, to the point the nice voice of a man singing becomes a jumble of broken sounds screaming in your ears.

Map: abandoned radio station
Map gimmicks: cameras can be found scattered around the map. Anyone can access these cameras via the control room in the center of the map. This includes alastor.
There are 10 radios scattered around the map. 3-8 of these radios will activate every 30-65 seconds. These radios play alastor's chase theme, and overwrite the real alastor's theme, making it harder to pinpoint his location. Players can turn radios off, but are highly vulnerable while doing so. If all radios are activated, allastor gets a 100% speed buff.
Alastor's abilities:
Radio hijack: activates 3 radios of alastor's choice around the map.
Chilling broadcast (passive): when hooking a survivior, their screams are broadcasted across all 10 radios, paralyzing everyone, making them cease all movement for 10 seconds.
Emergency broadcast: puts a trap on the security system. This trap is activated when a survivior looks at the cameras. When it is activated, they are locked inside the security room for 15 seconds and they have their location revealed to alastor.

Alastor
"The Host"
Brought to the fog through a deal gone wrong, the Overlord of Hell and Radio Demon known as Alastor now haunts the tortured souls of the Fog in desperate scramble for power. The Host can broadcast his presence across the realms, spreading fear and insanity as if it were a catchy tune.

Power: Welcome to the Show!
Alastor was always known for his Radio Show in the land of the living. And he has no plans to retire.
Old timey Radios will be scattered across the realm, while inactive the radios emit a soft omnidirectional static.
Special Ability: On Air
Press the Power button to activate. Once activated, "On Air" goes on a 40 second cooldown and all radios around the map emit a 20m Terror Radius and The Host is granted the undetectable status effect. Survivors inside the terror radius of any radio will slowly build up Insanity. Once a survivor has reached max Insanity their status is hidden from other survivors and all other survivor statues are hidden from them and they can witness visual and audio hallucinations such as survivor screams, fake killers that approach the player in a straight line and disappear fake hook notifications, and fake objectives that disappear after they obtain 10% repair progress. A survivor can clear their Insanity by forming a Contract at any of the radios placed around the map. Doing so removes all negative status effects Inflicted by the Killer or their perks and puts them "Under Contract". And places their soul somewhere random in the realm and gives The Host 1 Soul Talley while it exists on the map. If a survivor finds their soul, the contract is broken and the Soul Tally is lost.
Special Ability: Dealmaker
The Host starts the game in a neutral state and, through use of his power, he can obtain the souls of survivors by forming a "Contract". Survivors Under Contract will be unaffected by The Host's other powers but are unable to escape the trial while Under Contract. Survivors also gain access to the Sabotage action on generators and pallets allowing them to build favor while under contract. When a generator is Sabotaged it will lose 10% progress and all survivors working on it while the action was performed will become injured if not already. When a pallet is Sabotaged it is instantly destroyed when dropped. Performing a Sabotage Action will give the survivor one stack of Favor. Three stacks of Favor reveals the Aura of the survivors soul. Performing Altruistic actions will have a 30% chance to remove one stack of Favor. Additionally The Host gains more power the more souls that are under his control at once.
At one Soul Talley: The Host gains a 30% faster cooldown on successful basic attacks.
Two Soul Tallies: The Host gains a 30% increased lunge duration for their basic attacks.
Three Soul Tallies: The Host can now see the auras of all survivors Under Contract.
Four Soul Tallies: The Host Becomes Enraged, gaining 12% Haste and the ability to kill dying survivors by their own hand.

1) Tune On In
You always keep an eye on your fans.
After damaging a generator its aura is highlighted in yellow for 15/17/20 seconds. While it is, the aura of any survivors within 10/13/15 meters of the highlight generator is revealed. Once this perk deactivates, it goes on cooldo for 30/36/40.

2) Hex: Schadenfreude
A hex that roots itself on others failure.
While this Hex Totem persists, Skill checks are 15/20/25% more likely to appear and good or great skill checks offer no additional repair or healing progress. When a survivor fails a skill check, Reveal their Aura for 3 seconds and gain a 3% Haste status effect for 3/4/5 seconds.
3) Curtain Call
You make sure all your favourite toys are exactly how you left them at the end of the day.
When the Exit Gates are powered or the Hatch has spawned, this perk activates. Any injured or dying survivor is not allowed to leave the trial unless they started the trial injured or are healed back to the healthy state.
