What was comical about playing this game back then was that even the most oblivious of youth realized what these protagonists were displaying was Kickboxing rather than Karate, lol.
The final fight snes version was ok but ONE mission in what you does normally see from the arcade, got excluded for instance THE INDUSTRIAL AREA!! Plus it have two versions of the game actually which is #1 FINAL FIGHT -CODY & HAGGER are playable and #2 FINAL FIGHT GUY- GUY & HAGGAR are playable. Two separate game cartridges which I find it makes no sense, I wonder to myself even all now, why they couldn't just develop the game normal as is like it was from the arcade, put all the heroes, all the same missions and animations of what's coming up next??
Though I can think of numerous other beat-em-ups that would have been around during that time like TMNT, Final Fight, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs etc. that would have been more worthy of a quarter.

There's a tech in this game if you press jump and then quickly swift the directional stick either forward or backward the character will blitz all enemy and practically becomes invincible
I think that there should have been more appearances by those large dudes in Hawaiian shirts. They were badly underrepresented. Really. Plus, an appearance by Blade always helps.
I don't know. If I got beat up by a dude in fishnet shirt and fuscia pants I would think its time to stop being a bad guy. That would be my turn around point.
If you get the latest version of MAME which is an Arcade Emulator on your computer then look for the ROM for this game on the internet you can play it that way just would have to use keyboard controls :XD

Great 90's nonsense and fun. Problem with this game is it goes on and on, and it's on the repetitive side of beat'em ups... and that's quite a lot of repetitive gameplay for you.
The first boss in this game is so broken and that's why I don't win is more harder than final fight because of the poorly enemy programming but i don't care

The tall guys with the green shoes have the most pathetic death screams ever. Also, I've never seen so many fighters on the screen at once before.

The game does have two attack buttons one for normal attack and other one for special attack
