God is good He is not evil. In our spirit mind we can choose good moral values and good ethical decisions ( God) or we can choose in our spirit mind ( bad or evil). God never sends bad or evil it is humans bad choices or controlling and manipulation that makes bad choices. We all have a free will to choose. Either way at the end of this there will be a cause either human set or a set of conditions from actions that were of a human nature or neglect that caused it. But prayers are talking with God - hearing God so we can know how to avoid dangers or making good and moral decisions on what to do. I always pray for people to be safe. Without these public servants more lives would be lost many wouldn’t even be aware of fires and many wouldn’t be able to save their own family or belongings. Thank God for those who brave these elements of dangers they are true soldiers in Gods army you bet I’m going to pray for them. You should too you never know when they will be called to save a family member or yourself.
