    Met my wife at 23 she was 22, asked her after 5 months to marry me. We lasted 11 years before I lost her to cancer. Waited 2 years to get life in order, met a new woman and was married in 6 months, been married for 9 years. Men that want to married act on it first, no playing around, no games. I am 44 now and I am already teaching my 13 year old son how it is supposed to work with women and most importantly family legacy, continuing the family name.

      Maybe u lucky u met good women. But getting married in 5months doesn't work for everyone. Same as getting married in 7yrs. Women these days are capricious. I won't propose in 5months only to divorce 2yrs later. This approach can work in d olden days where women were submissive and most marriages were even arranged

      @@yourlandladysson6395 You have to travel, not just travel throughout this country but travel abroad. Once you meet women outside your bubble and by bubble meaning a 250mile radius you will change your mind.

      @kanuk the hunter You have to travel, get out and see the country if you can't travel abroad yet. Enterprise rent a car for a week and just go. One thing people have a misconception of is that you need a lot of money to travel, you really don't if you plan it right. I was 20 years old in Cali my self at one time and drove my busted car at the time through 15 states over a two week period just to see the country and meet people. You have to start young.

    • @V1p3r0ps
      @V1p3r0ps 3 ปีที่แล้ว +18

      @kanuk the hunter great now it's time to experience the other 195 countries in the world and you will completely see a different type of woman than you see here in the U.S. I have only been to 17 of them but there is a vast difference in the women, how they look, how they behave, how the interact socially and how they are raised. Grab a globe, spin it and put your finger on a country, save for it and go check it out, you will see what I am talking about. My wife is Australian, I found her in a small town south of Sydney during a visit for work. If you don't want to deal with the women in the U.S. there are plenty of women elsewhere that will.

Perhaps they’re picking those type of men because they share the same ideals and values as those men hence why they naturally don’t click with a man who has a good head on his shoulders. I don't believe that if they picked a good dude that it would be cool. They'd just bring drama and strife into that dude's life. That's because they're about strife and drama from the jump. Thus being a match with the so called "bad boy" who's also filled with strife and drama. She's just a "bad girl."
      This is an aspect of the game I think is often overlooked & not considered when these discussions come up. Why, I don't know. But it does come off as some dudes wishing they had a shot with such a woman when in reality, her rejection could in fact be God's protection for that dude. We see it in high-school and that guy sleeps with all of the girls. He follows his primarily sexual strategy, because he can get it in with no commitment. This feminist womanist stuff assumed off the bat, men and women are equal and both want the same things. Somewhere in the middle this is true, but at the margins this isn't true. Men at the margins are the ones the women pick and you dance to their tune, not the other way around. And that's confusing because all of the other men dance to your tune.

      Good mentality to have considering your goal of marrying in your prime, which ends at circa 28 for most women.
      This said, your terms and condition might mean you might need to expand the age scope of men you date to much older ones. Maybe up to 40 year old men.
      I would never advice any son of mine to marry in his 20s. He needs to be enjoying as much women as possible during that age. He should marry when he is 34+.

    I’m married but it’s no way on earth I would have married my wife in 6 months. Sounds great and makes sense for woman not to waste time as my wife and I discussed while watching vids but that’s faaaar to early. Now after a year of living together this makes sense but who meets a woman and moves them in 6 months later? The earliest I would marry if I was looking would be 2 years. Marriage is huge and life long for me. Getting things right and building our dream home takes longer than 6 months, and that’s just bricks and design. I do agree for woman though. I’d tell my daughter the same. Even though they won’t follow it exactly they shouldn’t be too far off. 7 years is outrageous. She killed her high market value time. Salute

You are postulating the wrong-headed idea that many African/African Americans have that they can confidently tell the difference between an African American and an African, ESPECIALLY a second generation (+) African. People's appearances are greatly affected by environment and mentality you know. Are you aware of that?
      In short, you would have never known she was of Nigerian ancestry if she didn't share that info. I wasn't trying to be disrespectful. Its just cute or sad how this erroneous idea is so widely held. I've heard it and tested people to try to guess the backgrounds and tell who's African. Everyone who thinks they can do it has failed when put to the test in real life. I'll say this. I LOVE MY WIFE. I proposed at about the 8mo mark. We're still married (approaching 5 years in) and pushing this loaded cart forward.
    DON'T DO IT THAT WAY lol.
    Build the relationship in a way that fits the growth trajectory of BOTH individuals. The biggest and scariest commitment of love that two people could EVER make to each other, aside from having a family together, is to GO TO COUNSELING TOGETHER.
    Fellas, if you're SERIOUSLY looking for a wife and think you've found a woman that checks the initial boxes, invite her to a therapy session. If she's reluctant, and not excited, MOVE HER ASS AROUND. Ladies, this is something you can encourage too! Either you want to bear your naked truths and grow together or you don't. Anyone that's dating and hasn't creatively or constructively tried to get to know the person deep down within is a person that is eager to crank the jack for a surprise...Over and over again. There is great nourishment in honesty. People don't wanna know the truth about THEMSELVES a lot of times though...So, they fail one another in the end.
    DON'T FAIL EACH OTHER. Take whatever time is necessary and BE CONSISTENT in your pursuit of health TOGETHER. You'll never fail if you ALWAYS care.
