Fast Pizza Dough - from scratch

  • EASY 30 MINUTE PIZZA CRUST
    Using fast-acting yeast that requires no hydration in water, only one rise (ten minutes) you can have pizza on the table in 30 minutes
    Ingredients for pizza dough:
    2 cups of flour
    1 cup warm water
    1 tbsp of sugar
    1 tsp of salt
    1 sachet of fast acting yeast (7g)
    +
    semolina
    tomato sauce
    oregano
    mozzarella
    other toppings you like.
    》Mix the flour, water, sugar, salt and yeast until everything is combined.
    》Dump the dough on a clean surface. With one hand hold the dough, with the other stretch it away from you. Shape it into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature, at least 24°C. If your room is cooler, the dough needs more time to rise.
    》On a clean surface sprinkle some semolina, add the dough and shape it into a circle by pressing it down and outward.
    》Add the tomato sauce, oregano and mozzarella slices or other toppings.
    》Bake it in the preheated oven at 250C for about 10 minutes.
    》Once baked, add the prosciutto slices, rocket and parmigiano shavings. Slice and enjoy!
