absolutely love your aesthetics, it will be even better if you have warmed your knife before cutting the chocolates so all your work will be more cut precisely and using larger clear bowls for melting the chocolate will be more awesome😁

초코 저렇게 녹이면 습기차서 굳어요 (알갱이 지거나 식감 안좋아지죠) 초코 녹일때 작은 볼 위에 큰 볼 얹거나 물 끓이면서 녹이는게 아니라 불 끄고 녹여요 (스텐/실리콘으로 된 냄비 받침대 깔고 볼 얹어서 녹이면 안움직이고 좋아요) 옛날에 초코녹이는데 습기차고 물 들어가서 망친적 많이 있어요😆 so great video. thx🤩
I enjoyed this video but I want to know what is shelf life of these chocolates.I think the chocolates which were made with cookies which we can not store in fridge as it will become soft.I also want to know if we use dry lemons and orange slices showered with sugar and dried does not taste bitter?

It's possible to make the withe chocolate taste like black/dark chocolate ? (I like this and would like to try make some but I don't like withe chocolate ) and I don't think dark one can be painted

If you heat the knife by putting it in hot water, then, you'll get smoother edges. Loved them♡♡♡♡
