Beautiful and very inspiring... I have friends here in the Philippines and they have vacation houses in LA, SF, San Diego and Malibu. We must do well in business so that we can have a vacation house like that in SF just like some of our friends.
Thats my friend Bobby and Benny Martinez R.I.P families old home. It was used in the movie La Mision too. I hope whoever bought this house knows this is right in the middle of a hood lol.
Balmy Ave runs parallel to York St and is 5 blocks away between 24th and 25th streets. Nearby schools are Bryant School and St. Peter's Catholic School. Nearby drugstore is Walgreens on Potrero Ave and 24th. Convenient public transportation is accessible on 24th St to get you to 24th Street BART station...

Per Redfin it sold for $3,485,000 in October 2017. For that much, I personally would have bought in a more heeled area. York Street or anything near SFGH is pretty dodgy. I’ll bet a techie bought it. This place is Mission by a stretch and by nature of it’s ZIP code. The epicenter of the Mission is the Valencia Corridor, say around 18th and Valencia.
edit: The term Victorian is used very loosely. Look up “Painted Ladies” and you’ll see what a real Victorian looks like.
How many OVERPRICED millions of dollars is this property?

Nice home...but i really dislike how it has been decorated. The worst part is the tacky desk and chair in front bedroom overlooking the street.

The neighborhood is so crammed and mixed. All I can say is, SF is so overrated. Been there done that....zzzzzz Def does not compare to Newport Coast or even Boca Raton!
