Here's my imunity tea recipe:
Water, hibiscus, ginger, garlic, turmeric, lime & monkfruit.
I keep on standby when I feel my immunity is under attack and it never fails.
**Hibiscus is also good for lowering high blood pressure. ❤🖤💚

When I view these videos, I take careful note of new ideas as well as those to which I am accustomed, or have seen out in the country areas where people still practise their natural habits. Frankly, I love them.
It is difficult to say why I feel such deep peace, but they take me away to a distant place I cannot name, because it is all in me. I must stop saying I am country at heart.
The rain, I love the rain. And the tea reminds me of a rosehip and hibiscus blend I enjoy.
Thanks for sharing tree-style cooking! Something else to add to my collection. Never know if and when it might come in handy.
