- So The Internet technician's where all wrong . Flame would not light
1 flash on control board . Gas valve works when bypassed , board showing 24 volts . The 24 volt signal only last 4 seconds and if no flame is sensed it turns off the current .

.Every body by valve i meant SWITCH , i dont know why i kept calling it that . yes its like a diaphragm valve but its an air switch

Even at 2 ohms resistance that’s not very much but it must of been enough to pull the 24v low enough. Usually anything under 18v will cause failure.

Seen pressure switch for the draft inducer but never saw one with a damper valve.

I've been heating my house with crypto mining hardware. With the amount of electricity my electric heating system uses. Mine the right crypto and hold it long enough and heating pays you.
I have had my furnace stop working one time and I was because of water in one of the pressure switches. Or damper valves if thats what you insist on calling them. HVAC companies are a scam. They tried to sell me a whole new AC system because the AC drain pan was cracked. 😂 I fixed it myself with caulk. And they still tried to charge me $200 for a service call. I refunded it. From now on I fix everything myself.
Those electrical problems are a real pain. Because you think everything is right... get some backprobe ends for your meter and you're going to love them in situations like this... a bulb style test light often catches these problems vs a meter
Great point the bulb would show the dim vs bright light
