Alipore Jail Museum - Vlog1

The Alipore Correctional Home was a prison where our freedom fighters were kept during the British rule. Now this prison has been converted to museum . This 116 year old building is a historical landmark on the heart of the city. This prison was in service till 2019 and the inmates were shifted to Baruipur Correctional Home.
In this vlog, we have showed Gallows, Netaji cell, Nehru cell, Deshbandhu
cell, Dr.B.C.Roy cell. Next vlog we will share information on Watch Tower, Jail Hospital, Historic Prison Ward and many more.
